Gotta say, I'm amused by the takes about the new art style

Because, the way I see it, DAV seems to be drawing most directly from DAO in the way it's stylized - with none of the permanent ochre filter, of course, and with more details or varieties of shapes, etc. But if you look at Origins, it has a relatively similar 'cartoony' quality and cleanness of lines behind that bit of grime layered on top.

Like... this is likely how DAO would look like if done in 2024, IMO.

Myself I don't consider them black elves but dark elves but hey that is just me the Anime nut. 

Far from it, Origins' trailers were so bad that I haven't played it until after I finished DA2. 

I think the music choice took me out of the trailer. I'm still interested though and will most likely buy it.

Yeah, really not a fan of this animation. I didn’t even notice anything with the music. I do know that I don’t want to be in an intense battle or a passionate romance scene with characters that look like they do in this trailer.

The song in the trailer is a cover of David Bowie's Heroes. Which is a song about a doomed love that can't last.

Yeah I do believe tha tBiowaer needs this gam et osucceed otherwise the ylikely are dead  as I don' tthink EA will be patient any longer. The yhav etargets tha tthe ywill need t ohi tthis time if they are to survive long enough t omake the next ME. But one thing I never do is judge a game before seeing it in action. Personally I like what I'm hearing abou tth egame so far. Bu tlik ewih how it i sw eneed moer inffo before we can fairtl yjudge it but I am hopeful though given DA as a series is in a better plac eatm than ME is. Because I think if ME was the nex tgam ethe ylikely woul db edead given ho wdivided th efanbase i son where the ythink ME shoul dgo next. Wherea sDA is I think in a good spot so should be easier to ge ta goo dgam eout that will be a grea tsequel to DAI
