So, the Lighthouse belongs to Solas, and Solas isn't home because he is trapped in the Fade. Good riddance. I hope we can leave him there.

They don't talk about Varric much at all, which is interesting. I suppose his whereabouts as of now are not known, which could mean anything. I smell fade shenanigans, but who knows.

Not happy that the Blight originates with the Evanuris. I know many predicted that, but I’m not a fan of everything in Thedas being “because ancient elves”. Worry what else they’ll apply that to.

I’m curious why Solas is trying to move only Elgar'nan and Ghilan'nain if his prison is failing. My impression is that he probably moved other Evanuris to new prison, but Rook's interruption made sure these two were not only not moved but also freed.
But alternative theory is that only these two are blighted and needed special own prison, as old prison has been decaying for thousands of years from their blight.
