What are the different rarity trash (?) items you can buy from vendors and what's the purpose? I don't have a definitive answer. My suspicion is that the only point of items that are not decor, appearances, gifts, caretaker upgrades, gear, is to sell them back to faction vendors for affinity strength. Though because I opened all chests I could find and looked in corners, I was able to get all 6 factions to max 3,200 affinity without doing that. I did too. That's why I was wondering what their purpose was. Thanks!

Does anyone know what this is? I don't recall it being part of any quest, and it seems like it should be.... something. I just can't see any way to interact with it. Maybe it is just random scenery (or I missed it being part of a quest at some point), but that wood plank covering seems strange to me.

This is a question about PC controller mapping. I've been all over the settings, and have remapped several of the combat and movement buttons, but I can't seem to find a way to remap the menu buttons. I just need to switch the right and left menu buttons. Any ideas, or did I miss something in the settings? I know I can remap the buttons on Steam itself but then the button settings will apply to all my games, which isn't ideal.
Edit: I was looking at the wrong settings on Steam. I found the correct controller settings today, all good.

Hello! I'm playing on PC, and I'm having some trouble with keyboard remapping. I'd like to remap the Ability Wheel to the space bar (since it's the closest thing the game has to pausing, and I've been pausing with the space bar for as long as I've been playing video games). I can remove Tab as the key, but for some reason I can't replace it with space bar. I was able to remap Skip to the Enter key without issue, but for some reason this one just isn't working. Space is used for dodging, you may need to rebind that to something else first? I tried that last night, but unfortunately it didn't work. I moved dodging to Tab, but I still couldn't bind the Ability Wheel to spacebar. I compromised by binding it to the Left Alt key instead. Not sure if that's a feature or a bug. Thanks for the advice!

So I have a 2.1 audio set up, that is 2 speakers and a sub-woofer. The game through my heaphones so much better when I change to surround but if I am not facing companions when they speak it is almost inaudible.
So I can change back to stereo or is there a setting in-game I am missing?

Does anyone else have an issue where they unlock/receive armour transmogs but they are still locked in the wardrobe? I have many that are starred as new and that I've gotten at the end of quests etc, but are still padlocked.

You can change back to Stereo sound (and appropriate spatial setting...Wide, Night, Medium, Low) in the Audio Settings of the OPTIONS Menu. All of that Audio/Dialogue loudness and equalization can be configured in the Audio tab of the Main Menu. Also, make sure your Dailogue Volume Slider is maxed out. Lastly, if you use Surround headphones (for example, ones like the G935s from Logitech)....whichever brand you use.....Make sure the approriate Surround Settings are enabled in your software. Hope this helps.

I moved dodging to Tab, but I still couldn't bind the Ability Wheel to spacebar. I compromised by binding it to the Left Alt key instead. Not sure if that's a feature or a bug. Thanks for the advice! It's bugged. I tried remapping it to space also, and while it seemed to accept the mapping, abilities stopped firing consistently until I changed it back to tab. Someone on Reddit posted a few days ago having the same problem, and there were some on the BW Discord too. Other remappings seem to work fine, but not that one.

Glad to know I'm not going crazy. I'm sure this is a pretty low bug on Bioware's priority list, but hopefully it gets fixed someday.
