What did you do today in Dragon Age The Veilguard [Spoilers]

Hm I didn't get that vibe, especially if you take Neve with you to do the ritual since she stays behind for a mission.

Neve is just one of the more important members of the group, like Cassandra/Solas in DAI or Aveline in DA2. One of the first that's recruited, and Minrathous and Venatori are pivotal to the plot as a whole so she's very impactful.

Yeah I generally find it difficult to not take whomever's home turf we’re going to. Especially when it comes to Treviso, Minrathous and to some extent the Necropolis.

On another note, I chose Treviso in my Veil Jumper run and am now in Act 2 with Shadow Dragons at 3 stars. (After finishing EVERY damn quest in Dock Town.) Does that mean I'm not locked out of anything, ending-wise? Everything I read before suggested choosing Minrathous for the optimal ending.

I got it as loot from completing that Slaying the Fangscorcher quest! 

- Helped Emmrich track down some rogue Necromancer, who turned out to be his old colleague Hezenkoss. I really like the atmosphere in the manor, and I got in some nice Shadow Dragon unique lines.
- Completed the arena matches in the Hall of Valor. Neve was introduced as "The Winter from Tevinter"! This game makes me laugh so hard at times Also saw a Mass Effect reference to the Armax Arsenal Arena
- Had the first dinner with Taash and their mom. That went... well (Luna brought wine but Taash's mom doesn't drink!). Helped Mistress Trella with some stolen art, then checked out a creepy cauldron and fought a gazillion darkspawn.
- Recommended Taash should get some cheese for Harding, oh my god, that conversation was hilarious! Then Neve, Taash and Luna faced down two dragons, the fight was over much quicker than last time, but still as epic
- Met up with the Threads, took down Fangscorcher and then went to relax and threw some rocks with Neve. Things got a bit heated between them and there might have been relationship progress.
- Took care of an undead Watcher and walked the graveyard with Emmrich. I really like these quests with him, they are so calm and a welcome change from some of the action-paced missions. Great atmosphere. Afterwards, the Wardens got some help repelling darkspawn waves and killing some mercs.

Took some more scenery screenshots recently too, I used to do that big time in one of my DAI runs. Plus some Neve romance spoiler shots and other stuff.


Ugh, haven't even finished this playthrough and I already think about future runs... I might romance Bellara next and then Emmrich, but let's see. First my boyfriend also wants to play and I will watch, should be interesting

Important stuff.
Got the Lords of Fortune achivo with the Qunari. Had my knuckles all cracked to kick some dragon booty then for laughs and giggles unloaded my hoard at the Hall of Valor vendor and finished the Hall of Valor arena quest and boom. Achivo. And like. Screw you Isabela I already did that AND MORE in the other save.
But nooooo. She wont even do push ups for me. >:C

In other unfair news, got the last push up scene from dazk 's screenies with the Qunari. Didn't get it with the elf. No shirtless shenanigans there, this is an Andrastian household!

Actually it seems triggered by an out in the world banter between Taash and Darvin since I just needed to drag them out, hear the convo and bang. Money.
No flirt options though, again, Andrastian household, the Maker will drop kick you into the Fade.
Insult to injury post talk he decided to hang out by the plants, skilfully covering with vines and stuff. Booo.

And now I'll be wondering if there are other talks locked behind banter. 

Got the sexy coat for the Qunari. It's sexy but still prefer the Lords of Fortune outfit  so they'll keep wearing that one. 

Non sinful stuff, finally got around to clearing the Crossroads. Had massive problems with the resident lizard since it denied me the safety of Taash burly arms and instead gave me death. So much death. 

So took a break to hunt some demons and demon lizards. Then after a dreadful realization that I couldn't over level my self out of the Crossroads Lizard I faced it again and this time it chose death. So now I'm all ready for the final achivo 

Then murdered the final lizard just for giggles. 

Was going to move on to the ending but had one haunting left to deal with so figured, eh I'll just wrap it up since it's in the neighbourhood. 
Darn thing put the dragons to shame. Like had to redo the arsenal and party three times because once I'd peeled the barrier and armor off the health bar just.wouldn't.drop! And if it did, sucks to be me because the bloody thing regenerated! Disgusting. 

Eventually it died though and the Qunari moved on to the finale. Or well, half way through it. Spoilers for the ending in the spoilers. 

So the rest of the finale will hopefully play out tomorrow. Yay.

DAVe's 'codename' at Bioware during development.  At launch until the first patch, the title bar on the window that opened when launching the game also said 'Morrison'.

It was corrected with the first patch, though.
