Dragon Age 5 [post-credit scene spoilers]

I honestly doubt they'd ever go for a turn-based DAO remake. 
I do think BG3's success might mean, if they ever do a DAO remake, that they could keep the silent protagonist and that type of gameplay.

From what we've seen, DATV's graphics look good enough to be carried forward for a while, so I hope that in a potential DA5, they just reuse the same assets to expedite the developmental process wherever possible.

It is available for modern consoles too, its on game pass for xbox.

I would have preferred Dragon Age to be wrapped up with DAV, the risk of never getting a proper conclusion to the story is high if they drag this out further and then the studio gets shut down if either DAV bombs or the next Mass Effect does. The 10 year wait was already crazy and I'm not keen on repeating it just to finally wrap this damn story up. When I got into Dragon Age I did not sign up for this shit. Compared the how swiftly the Mass Effect trilogy concluded it's insanity. I never thought I'd have to wait this long for a sequel to DAI and then god knows how long for the final game, if it even gets made. Low key been pissing me off for a long time.

Nothing would infuriate me more than having wasted so much time and then BioWare gets closed down.
I won't waste a thought on a DA5 right now. We don't even know if DAV is any good.

lol tbh I agree. Even World of Warcraft is finally getting to wrap the story that has been building for decades. At some point you just gotta call it. Doesn't mean the franchise has to end (WoW will probably continue making new lore), but your core fans aren't gonna stay alive forever. Mass Effect did good in stopping at 3 games before moving on to a new story.

Not sure it'll end in Veilguard but they really should close things by the 5th game.
