On-host Phantoms are easier than off-host ones. If there is to be a period of time when you can't do damage to them, better it be predictable rather than on the net's whim.

I know we talked this before but the Asari Justicar has some very annoying limits. Doing combos on non-red bars requires the target to be either close or to run into the bubble, something a strong team rarely will allow for. Failing that, you're left only with Reave (which is soft-blocked by shields and there's no way to erase them like the drell's grenades) and a weapon damage there's nothing special to. OK, you can use Reave + warp ammo, but then shields become an even bigger problem.
Phoenix Adept is even worse because an armored target needs to be close for the detonation and has to still be in the range of Singularity.

I've never had a problem with that. Maybe Bioware foresaw that and that's why they allowed Smash to work through walls? This is probably being too charitable to them, but it's a distant possibility. I know adepts are sometimes thought as better off staying away from the fray and most of the time, that is true. And yet, with smashdept, you are forced into CQC, which, in my opinion, makes him better. High risk-high reward and all that jazz. He was always one of the most fun classes to play, maybe precisely because of that. And if you really need to kill something at range, there's always Wraith

You can put points into Pull but if something can be pulled, it can be killed with a decent weapon just as fast as it takes to Pull+Reave, or faster, so I don't think it's worth too much. Atlas and prime are the biggest chores and the Atlas combo DR doesn't help. I use Arc Pistol with AP which kinda nullifies the point of Pull. Would love to use Warp but then Atlas and Prime push me around like Andromeda mobs do.

That frozen pulled mook is either meleed or detonated if there is stuff around Arc Pistol though. I can just shoot and kill pullable enemies, saving a Reave cooldown.

Not really. Once primed, it will remain primed for whatever duration even though it has exited the range of Singularity.
I played a lot of Phoenix Adept and the above is quite clear when dealing with fast moving units like the Geth Bomber.

Human Soldier is funnier than the turian. He can use his AoE and weapon power at the same time, is more mobile and damage buffs instead of fire rate preserve ammo and mental energy.

My lil Geth Trooper does not have a flamethrower. Never has, likely never will. Elegant, sturdy as a weapons platform. I've been asked in-game to "go ahead and just flamer them!", or asked why I'm not using the flamer at all. I'd only consider adding and using the flamer because of the big cat Mrreaaooww sound it makes. |

I have to admit that is hilariously funny, but you're dissing one of my favourite kits in the game. For those of us more mature in years, who have seen a thing or two, it's not all about speed. The sight of a frozen Marauder spinning toward me, about to be Reaved into a million pieces is almost as much fun as when my Krogans are knocking mooks right off the map on Dagger. Cryo Acolyte with 4 ranks in Pull is so much more fun than the Arc Pistol alternative, or any build without Pull. Justice for Justicars!!!

Cerberus is the faction that is the most fun to play against. A big part of that probably has a lot to do with the sheer sadistic fun I get from utterly mutilating them. The screams of dying nemeses, grunts of pain from phantoms, and those engineer geeks croaking it miserably  Yeah, they have their (un)fair share of bullshittery, but despite that(or maybe precisely because of that), they were almost my favourite to fight. |

I agree, the satisfaction/bullshit ratio for Cerberus is good. Geth are way too BS, Reapers have a fairly low BS factor but aren't very satisfying, and Collectors just make my ps3 cry. But Cerberus is just about right.
