Things you've never did in the trilogy

I've played the games so many times(especially the first two) that it's hard to think of things I didn't do. I always try to give every Shepard their own unique story, whether it's in romances or having squadmates die.

One thing that does come to mind is, I've never collected all the minerals and whatnot in Mass Effect 1, I've collected the Turian stuff, the Salarian ID tags, the Matriarchs writings etc, but never all the minerals, and likely, never will.

I've also never killed Shepard, so no everyone dies Mass Effect 2 run(though I came close a few times), and no Mass Effect 3 ending that doesn't end with the breath scene.

This isn't "something I never did" in the trilogy, but rather, something I never noticed.

Playing ME2 again and I'm on the derelict reaper and the part where "someone" (aka legion) snipes those two husks and someone in your party says, "maybe it's someone on the cerberus team, we should make contact"... I walked into the room and instead of firing at the husks as soon as I walked in, I looked for the sniper.

And holy shit, if I didn't actually see Legion walking along the catwalk in the back! Never noticed that before. Also, wtf bro?? why not help me out in that room??

I've never played a male Shepard even though I keep meaning too. FemShep is just too fun.
I've never let anyone die during the suicide mission.
I've never recruited Zaeed, I always let him die at the end of his mission. Never liked him.
I've never sabotaged the genophage cure. Well, I did once, but then felt really bad and went back to change my mind.

You're right, yeah. It's been a while since I last played. I install his DLC after the suicide mission, that way the suicide mission will go a smooth as possible without him, then I "recruit" and let him die.

Might let him live this time and see what I've missed without him.

Still have never done Control. I'm pretty late in ME3 right now (except Omega and the Citadel, both of which are time consuming) and thinking about Control because I'm so happy with how the quarian-geth peace turned out. Tried Synthesis before and while it's interesting I find it flawed - mostly because of the post-ME3 headcanon that runs rampant. Then I think of Kaidan being all alone. Beyond that, Shepard told Javik straight up he wanted to rest after the war. Hard to do when you're a machine that doesn't sleep and never, ever stops. I want to cut my Shepard a break by allowing him to sleep under a pile of rubble for a bit until someone finds him, gets him nursed back to health, and he lives happily ever after with Kaidan. So...Destroy it is. In fact, I think I have MEHEM installed and set to skip the Starkid entirely so a good outcome is guaranteed.

I never use medigel or heavy ammo in ME2, just so I can scrounge some extra credits. I even did my insanity playthrough without ever using any.

Let's see. I never sabotaged the cure with Wrex alive. I never chose Morinth over Samara, with the exception of one time in the ten years I have played ME 1 I have always had Anderson punch Udina, and I have never chosen the refuse ending.

Never did something that could end up as one of your squadmates dying (Ex: Curing the genophage, killing Wrex on Virmire, shooting Mordin on the back, siding with one side on the Quarian-geth War, etc) because of Citadel DLC. I can't honestly do a playthrough where I kill even one of the party-goers.

And never let David with Cerberus either. Always sent him to Ascension. It was the thing to do, even for a total Renegade Shepard such as mine.

Hmm short list from me as I'm trying to cross the "Nevers" off my list. I play both male and female just to see everything.
Let's see:
Never had the boss fight with Saren always used the paragon or renegade option.
Never managed to get Conrad killed in ME1. Don't even no how to.
Never romanced Steve Cortez.
Never got my crew killed just can't do that. If I accidentally get one killed I have to fix it thank God for Gibbed.😉
Never romanced Thane or Jacob.
Never picked Refuse.
I think that's all.

Me too. I was replaying all the different endings and was getting bored of slowly walking to each choice so I decided to shoot the Cataylst, and whoops! There goes the galaxy!

For how many times I've played the trilogy (at least the first two - I played 3 once when it originally released, but am finally coming back to it for a second run), there's quite allot I haven't done. Here are the highlights.

ME1

- Never played male Shep.
- Never romanced Kaiden.
- Never saved Kaiden.
- Never not recruited everyone available.
- Never lost Wrex on Virmire.
- Never done a paragon PT.
- Never recommended Udina for the council.

ME2

- Never did any of the romance options aside from Garrus, and the lite Kelly romance, as well as continuing with Liara during LotSb.
- Never left any loyalty missions undone.
- Never stopped Garrus from killing Sidonis.
- Never made Kasumi destroy the grey box.
- Never destroyed the heretics.
- Never gave Legion to Cerberus.
- Never failed to kill the Thresher Maul.
- Never allowed Tali to be exiled.
- Despite being largely renegade, never skipped the prompt to hug Tali. (I'm not a monster!)
- Never failed to keep Miranda/Jack and Tali/Legion loyal through their disputes.
- Never not fully upgraded the Normandy.
- Never not laughed out loud at the appearance of the human Reaper. (Sorry. I can't help it!)
- Never allowed any of the non squad crew to die.
- Never taken Legion to the Migrant Fleet.

ME3

(Since I'm only on my second PT, just a few highlights)

- Never cured the Genophage.
- Never kept Mordin or Wrex alive.
- Never not brokered piece between the Geth and the Quarians.
- Never stayed true to Liara. (Though the first time we did patch things up after my indiscretion with Samantha)

I never played a soldier. But interestingly with the gameplay changes in MEA I have put a lot of points into soldier and roll as a sniper but will never do that in MET because I cannot use powers I want as a soldier.

Never romanced Tali, Cortez, Ash beyond a few flirts, and anyone from ME2 except thane and Garrus.

I never chose to not hang up on the council at least once if memory serves me.

Pretty sure I never missed recruitting garrus or wrex.

I never blew off all the loyalty missions in ME2.
