I don't think Cora looks that bad(Ashley is still hotter). I'm not a fan of her haircut either but I have a feeling she'll grow on me. She looks good in some parts in the trailer and terrible in others.

I do hope that regardless if craftable or not she gets a different armour. I don't mind the time, but the color scheme as it's on here isn't really my favourite.

The reaction, at least here, is not really comparable to what Cassandra got on BSN. Other sites might have worse reactions, but it might be related to MEA's design as a whole, since I've seen people saying all the squad look like shit.

I think she looks pretty cool. While I'm not the biggest fan of the hairstyle, I do like the colors they went with for it. Also I like how the armor looks like a new take on the old light armor from ME1.

Alright, I took my time before weighing in on Cora, in the hopes the hair debate would've ended by now (actually pleasantly surprised that the 'she looks like a man/lesbian' posts are a minority, and most guys here seem to find her attractive) but alas... I like her hair by the way. It's military but with a fun edge to it. Seems indicative of what we've seen of her personality so far - professional, practical, but also friendly and warm. I could see her playing a moderator of sorts between our motley squad of characters. Would be kind of nice to see a character other than our own fill that role. Kinda getting Aveline vibes from her for sone reason. I'd love to see her act as a bit of a mentor for us, seeing how we take her place as the next pathfinder for whatever reason. Not interested in her romance (though that kiss is really well done) but I'm interested to see how a friendship between her and my Sara will play out. Also, LOVE her voice!

I'm just happy for once it seems the make a woman second in command who has not a angry or cold attitude to everyone at the beginning. I love Miranda, I absolutely love Cassandra, but I like Cora doesn't seem like that. You can be warm and sympathetic and being a leader too. Like a Paragon Shep or something.

Of course she could hold a grudge at first against Playable Ryder, because of ~~nepotism~~ Ryder is the Pathfinder instead of her, but I can understand that reaction. It's the general vibe what I like, that she doesn't need to be harsh to everybody in order to be profesional.

I'm also really surprised and pleased that even the majority of people here who aren't particularly taken with her appearance, are mature enough to say so without going all out "I hate SJWs ruining my games and making women look like lesbo men" etc. etc.

I actually love BSN for the fact its proper discussions and debates here for the majority, even if it can get a tinsiest bit heated, at least it isn't all out insult hurling and rudeness like it was on the old forums, and elsewhere on the interwebs.

I've seen plenty of YT comments like the one above for the new trailer, though I should make it a rule to just stay away from YT comments section for my health. Not a fan of getting toxicological screenings.

I got the impression that to her the relationship may be more casual than it is to Scott. I don't know if that's true, but it was just a feeling. The way she seems to be the initiator in the first encounter and then that touch on her arm later. I could be totally off, though.

It depends on when the scene is placed in the romance arc. Initiating the scene doesn't really mean much.
Also, from what they said it'll be clear what the character is interested in before. And if Ryder agrees with it, it's clear both view it as casual.

yeah I plan to romance her with my Scott when I play him but I'm thinking my first Sara and her will be like sisters laughing and joking with each other about how far they can throw people and all that given I was planning on making my first Sara a biotic too. I think they'll be close friends anyway and will look after one another well.
