I'm really excited for Peebee.  Despite my reservations about asari (space racism!!1 - naw but for real, take it up with the devs!) the little hints we've gotten about her personality are intriguing and I think her design is right up there with Sera's... meaning I find her really, really attractive.  Can't wait to learn more about her. Don't be hatin' on dem blue goddesses, hissssssss!  Peebee seems more and more likely to be my first romance if Cora is confirmed for no sapphic love. I think the reason why some people are wary is because of the whole quirky, funny vibe she's got going on. Especially how her description somewhat fits Sera, who was a polarizing character.
I'm hoping I really like her though. I mean... She's the one squadmate we know for sure is into girls. It'd suck for me if I hated her. But I like that she's open-minded, and I think that in of itself shows she's not going to be a rehash of Sera. I like the idea of her romance arc being a little like Isabela's, not exactly like it but something where she's insistent on being distant and not falling in love. You know, because she's a lone wolf and all for a reason.
