I think the reason why some people are wary is because of the whole quirky, funny vibe she's got going on. Especially how her description somewhat fits Sera, who was a polarizing character. I'm hoping I really like her though. I mean... She's the one squadmate we know for sure is into girls. It'd suck for me if I hated her. But I like that she's open-minded, and I think that in of itself shows she's not going to be a rehash of Sera. I like the idea of her romance arc being a little like Isabela's, not exactly like it but something where she's insistent on being distant and not falling in love. You know, because she's a lone wolf and all for a reason. I'm so done with Solas. I can't wait to wreck him in DA4. I want a moment of culmination similar to what they did with Hawke in DA:I but where it's the DA4 protagonist (YOU) going to some final confrontation with Solas WITH the Inquisitor, and depending on the world-state or Inquisition-save the Inquisitor will either trashtalk Solas or they'll be very emotional with him. I hope Patrick comes up with something like that, although it'd have to be their idea since it appears EA have placed some restrictions on them lately where they can't make story developments based on fan-ideas. I figure it's because Andromeda's premise was too inspired by the Ark-theory over at BSN. |

I've been lurking in the forums for a few months now, I wanted to join in the discussion to express my feelings, criticism, concerns and hype with all you fellow breathren.
Now although I can't expect this Asari to live up to Lady Liara, I hope that she is an interesting character. I question the choice of name that has been chosen. I'M speculating that they originally wanted her to be a comic relief character but got negative feedback from the testing community. It might have been too late to change the nickname at this point. The name Peebee makes her sound like R2D2's cousin, making it really hard to take her seriously.
