First of all... yum!  I prefer the brown eyes. The clear blue version looks a bit... intense... lol Steven Brewis' eye color is hazel. That would be ideal, since he is "kinda" hot  But BW editing his eyes to a different color would be a bit meh... |

I would prefer a lighter brown. maybe caramel or with delicate red.
Or mapel green or acorn green.

First of all, Woot! Secondly, i prefer the brown eyes because the blue one looks too exotic (?) and the brown one feels more relatable since I have brown eyes. I would prefer a slightly lighter brown color than in this picture though, almost closer to a tan color because I think it'll go well with his dark brown hairstyle to give his eyes a more softness |

After looking at a lot of photos of Steven Brewis, his eyes, while not as light blue as the ones in this pic, do look a lot like blue in most light  I'm guessing a combination of the 2 colors shown in this pic would be the perfect one for in-game   |

He looks great. I like the brown eyes better. I did like that beautiful, golden-brown in the original Scott trailer, but these are nice. I like people with brown eyes. Mine are blue. Seems boring to me since I see them every day. |

Scott is 1.85. Will the discussion on his height end now? You know I kind of expected Scott and Sara's threads to be the largest threads in the Andromeda section (except the twitter thread). Figure people would start out talking about how we will set up our characters' role in the game and speculate on all the different characters our Ryder will meet. Never expected this thread to have so few pages and discussing our PC's height of all things. Really interesting how it all turned out really. |

It's really, really going to depend on how well my first playthrough goes. If I love the game and the characters enchant me
Then I'll definitely create a custom male Ryder.
I mean, I'm a BioWare fan girl, so I'm sure I'll love it and have at least one male Ryder playthrough, but at this moment it's really up in the air.

Well, I may be biased since I have blue eyes in color to Scott's blue eyes, but I prefer the blue eyes. Not that I'll be too intently focused on the eyes overall anyway. But, I did like the change to blue. |

I was fooling around with Photoshop and put these together.  I used a photo of Scott's McFarlane figure that releases later this year. I made one for Sara Ryder as well and dropped it in her character thread.  I posted this originally in Cora's thread but it features Scott as well. |

In fact, I already look a lot like the default Scott (picture a slightly younger default Scott with dark green eyes and a nose piercing and you'll have a pretty good idea of what I look like), so that's probably why I'd like to see him with green eyes. |

That's too bad. I figured at least they might let us change some surface level things about them like hairstyle, hair color, eye color, skin tone, etc. Especially since I personally, as some who loves CC, I would like the freedom to change eye colour and alter their jaws and little things like that. I felt like creating my custom Ryder would be easy to do with the default. I feel like this is a small let down, especially on the off chance, the custom Ryder's hair is unique to them are something like that (like Femshep's hair and Hawke's blood mark) If male Ryder's hair is unique to him, I'm going to be pissed! |
