I'm really hoping the non-Pathfinder sibling has a bigger role in DLC and future games! I wanted to see more of Sara!

Hi everyone. It's my first post on a new BSN, so what is a better thread to do it than the one about femRyder?

Before launch of Andromeda I told myself to lower expectations "You can't have someone better than OT crew or Shepard". So last week I finished my first playthrough (and I am currently on a second) and I'm shocked. I freaking love Ryder. Don't get me wrong, Shepard will always have a special place in my heart, but after careful consideration I realized that most of my fangirling over Shep came from years of reading fanfiction, seeing fanarts and general building my headcanon of Shepard. But for Sara I don't need it. It's a first game and I already love her. How awkward she is at the beginning, that she don't know yet how to handle complements on her accomplishments as Pathfinder, so she reacts with a humor and sarcasm, yet when needed she can be humble. She have so much personality and we can shape it more than ever in a whole trilogy. At the end I was genuinely afraid if she will make it. And it was very easy for me to relate to her since I am only slightly older than she is. I would really hate it if Bioware would go Dragon Age way and make a different protagonist (it's the reason I lost interest in DA franchise), because Sara and her crew already feels like a family. Honestly, I never expected before I launched MEA for the first time, that the most favorite character from a game will be my protagonist and it means a lot with a great people such as Peebee, Drack or Jaal.

This. I would greatly prefer that if/when MEA2 releases that they keep Ryder as the protagonist, and hang on to the original crew (but add on more squadmates).

But for now I'm quite content on just playing through the game again, and waiting for future singleplayer DLC (MEA needs a fanservice DLC like ME3's Citadel).

Thoughts on ending ahead.

This is my second playthrough, Dahlia. She's going to be romancing Ja'al. Very analytical and inquisitive, didn't get along well with her father,impatient. First time I'll be using any sort of biotics!

Hopefully she's not too obviously preset #9.

For some reason, this bug only affects FemRyders (except Vetra apparently). They better fix this soon!!!
