Yes it does A PC copy. Will also need to upgrade to the deluxe edition, assuming there will be upgrades available like previous games. |

I want a PC copy but the collector's edition, so I hoped an upgrade will be available. Will probably take me a while to get a new gaming PC anyway, so timing isn't an issue for me |
