On Mars, when you avoid the overhead turret you can walk back from where you came from without it firing on you
In the same area, instead of opening the door, you can walk under the window to activate the auto-turret control giving you a cutscene without fighting the Cerberus soldiers
Again in the same area without opening the door, have Liara use her singularity against the window that will spin a soldier and after a few times he will die. The ones that have a shield, I just open the door and kill them. If you're an engineer, you can put a drone in the room that will kill all the soldiers.

If you don't ask Kathlee Saunders about Anderson her name will not come up in the conversation with Anderson after the mission. She will be mentioned the next time you talk with Anderson.
Apparently everyone has the same injury
The Salarian worker that is injured at the beginning of Thane's recruitment mission will have his left arm over his stomach slouched over walking away The student in Grissom Academy, Seanne, will have her left arm over her stomach slouched over Your squadmate, not Liara, will have his/her left arm over their stomach slouched over walking towards Shepard after Leng gets away on Thessia Shepard when walking towards Anderson on the Citadel, will have her/his left arm over his/her stomach slouched over. Liara when injured on Mars, will have her left arm on her stomach slouched over walking towards the ramp On a side note. When the Warden is attacked, and you have Leliana with you, the leader will have his left arm over his stomach slouched over walking away if you let him live.

The only way for Hackett to die is with low ems(below 1750). His ship has no power floating somewhere in space and with no supplies he will likely die of starvation or a lack of oxygen in the ship. Of course for this to happen, destroy has to be chosen

When you visit Kaidan/Ashely the first time in the Hospital, the human male doctor that enters the room has a yellow patch on his right arm with SR2 on it. If you walk around the hospital you will see another human with the same patch
When talking with General Corinthus on Menae, after fixing his comm tower, he mentions Victus to be the next Primarch. If Shepard chooses the bottom right dialogue, she/he gains +2 paragon points whereas if Shepard chooses the top right dialogue, he/she gains +2 renegade points. This happens if Garrus is not alive in ME3

This might belong in the ME3 section since everything discovered is from the trilogy I will start copying/pasting from that thread what I found. When heading to Earth with ems below 2300, a reaper capital ship destroys an Alliance ship and a destroyer is seen landing on top of a Turian ship to destroy it If ems is above 2300, an Alliance ship destroys two legs of a capital ship before it gets destroyed When talking with Anderson at the fob, he will have 3 lines of dialogue based on ems if ems is below 2600, he will say less than 25% of hammer made it if ems is between 2600-3399, he will say less than 40% of hammer has made it if ems is above 3400, he will say barely 50% of hammer has made it During the beam run both squadmates will be killed if ems is below 1900. I don't know where that number came from, but when I did that I always had my ems below 1900. In my last 3 playthroughs, I decided to test that number. Its not 1900, its 2000. So if your ems is below 2000, both squadmates will be killed. With ems that low, it will show one of the squadmates reaching out with his/her left arm before being killed. To decide who that squadmate is, its based on the number of missions he/she was taken on and/or if the player talked with them I had Liara and James, didn't talk to either of them, it was James since I took him on the most missions I took Ashley and James, talked with Ashley and she was the one reaching out with her left arm even though James went with me on more missions. The same thing happened when I took Ashley and Liara. I didn't talk to Liara, but talked to Ashley and she is the one reaching out with her left arm On another playthrough using only Liara and edi, it was Liara reaching out with her left arm because I talked with her. After Shepard opens the arms, Hacketts ship will be taking damage if ems is below 2000 before the crucible docks with the Citadel If ems is above 2000, Hacketts ship will not take any damage When first encountering the cataylst, it will say 'why are you here' if ems is below 2700 It will say 'wake up' if ems is above 2700 When talking with the catalyst and Shepard chooses the bottom right dialogue while it mentions control, this dialogue will happen S: I didn't fight this war just to give up everything I have C: And I don't look forward to being replaced by you, but...I would be forced to accept it S: Not if I refuse to do it. C: True, but you will be bound by these decisions, just like I am S: I'm not bound by anything. Not by you or these choices C: If you don't choose, you will be forced to accept our dominion. The harvest will proceed The reason why I posted that dialogue is because I like it. Its better than the other dialogue the player gets if ems is above 2700. The dialogue only happens if ems is below 2700 If ems is above 2700, synthesis is available. 2800 is not needed If ems is below 1750, only one ending will be available. If the base is saved in ME2, control will be the only option if ems is below 1750. The door to the Normandy opens and still have the memorial scene If the base is destroyed in ME2, destroy will be the only option. Earth is scorched. The door to the Normandy does not open suggesting everyone onboard is dead. If playing an ME3 default playthrough, the game assumes the base is destroyed leaving destroy as the only option if ems is below 1750 If ems is between 1750-2000, Big Ben is destroyed and the soldiers are not cheering. Hacketts' speech will be slightly different than higher ems If ems is above 2000, Big Ben is ok, the soldiers are cheering and Hackett has the same speech as high ems If ems is above 2600, the relays don't explode. Below 2600, the relays explode If ems is above 2600, Joker is being very calm in the c**kpit. Below 2600, he's in panic mode If ems is above 2600, the Normandys is seen flying off the planet. Below 2600, the Normandy is stuck on the unknown planet If ems is above 2600, cutsecenes will be shown of the reapers destroyed on Thessia and Tuchanka. Below 2600, the cutscenes are not seen I have posted that Anderson gives 200 war assets if 'saved' and takes away 100 war assets if TIM kills him. I never tested those numbers on low ems. This time I did and it changes nothing. It only effects if your ems is at 2900 or higher. So if the player heads to Earth with 2900 ems and TIM doesn't shoot Anderson, the player will get the breath scene if destroy is chosen. If the player has TIM shoot Anderson having ems at 2900, the breath scene will not happen if destroy is chosen. The numbers make no difference if ems is at 3200 or higher when heading to Earth. Whenever I want to get the breath scene, I make sure to have my ems at 3200 or higher when heading to Earth just in case I decide I want TIM to shoot Anderson Damn, and I thought I was obsessed with ME3 and God knows how many playthroughs at this point. Although for me I struggle not doing/collecting everything. Now I've got to try a "worst" run possible.

Just before you jump across and the destroyer fires at you, you hear Mordin saying he's preparing the cure, and since I have T'soni, she says by the goddess, to our left. What I did was go back from where I came from to see if I missed anything. I didn't. I went back to jump, when Mordin and T'soni say the same dialogue again.
After the Turian fighters shoot at the destroyer and before you jump down to face the brutes, if you stay in that spot for what semed like longer than 30 seconds, a critical mission failure screen comes up.
After killing all the brutes, if you choose to, as you move towards one of the hammers, look up and you see the destroyer with its leg up in the air ready to stomp on you when you move. Its funny if you don't move and it has its leg just up in air like that. Too bad I didn't have a stick and throw it to see if the destroyer wanted to play fetch
After the 2nd dream, I usually pick the bottom right dialogue to end the conversation quicker with T'soni, but this time I chose the upper right dialogue with femshep saying she's thinking of Kaidan. Liara mentions Kaidan and in my playthrough from ME1, she never met him.
When Adams mentions needing a thermal pipe, Ken turns his head to his right making some comment instead of turning his head to his left where Shepard and Adams are standing.

Just before you head upstairs to the Executor's office, the table that you see where the Salarian Councillor is seen, has only 6 chairs, but when you see her push the chair, the table now has 8 chairs.

When on Sur'Kesh, if you have T'soni in your squad, Mordin is alive and the shadow broker dlc has been completed, Liara will say to Mordin,"You're back with STG?". If the dlc wasn't played, Liara will say nothing.

During the Grissom mission, if you avoid talking with the guy in the barrier, you get different dialogue with the girl you help and when you go back to that guy he and Shepard have the same dialogue. Surprised Shepard didn't mention about helping a girl that could be the guys sister.
Also during the Grissom mission,i f you don't engage the Cerberus engineer and just climb into the atlas, he won't attack you. For me anyways.

People may already know this, but if you don't tell Kelly to change her identity, she will be killed by Cerberus during the coup which you learn from hearing from someone mentioning that Cerberus shot her in the head on the docks and you also hear Ken and Gabby talking about her death. If you tell her to change her identity and get mad that she was spying on you in ME2, she commits suicide. You hear about it on the docks after the coup that she took a cyanide capsule. You will also hear Ken and Gabby talk about her committing suicide and believe it was caused from being abducted by the collectors. Another thing is if you have Conrad Verner in ME3, you can talk to him about thermal clips.

Before going into Udina's office, the plaque on the wall beside the door says Earth Councilor and below has his first and last name using lower case letters(donnell udina) instead of upper case letters(Donnell Udina).
When in Purgatory, there are 4 platforms moving up and down in the corner with three of them having only 1 dancer and one with 2 dancers.
On the ex-cerberus scientists mission, when you approach Jacob, stand still for a moment and he will say Shepard. If you wait another moment he will say, Shepard, is that you?
On Sanctuary, after watching the video with Henry Lawson talking with TIM and climb the ladder, you look to your right through the glass you can see the reaper ground forces. You can use powers to kill some of them to make the fight easier. They don't shoot back at you while behind the glass.

You don't have to kill any of the uglies before destroying the Hades Cannon. What I did was, after exiting the shuttle, run till the cutscene with Steve's shuttle being shot occurs and then ran straight for the cain to destroy the hades cannon.

I liked how Conrad in 3 acknowledged his import bug in 2.
Not to do with little things noticed in SP play through, but something bw did that I have to wonder if another developer would have: I thought Operation: Tribute was very well done. I haven't changed my banner since.

During the time capsule scene, you're given 3 dialogue choices to describe your Shepard. I believe it's the only time in the game that you have 3 dialogue choices. After the coup, Hackett says the Crucible is nearly 50% complete, but when you first see it after Sur'Kesh, it looks more then or at least at about 50% complete. When talking with Hackett after Mars, he mentions he thought Cerberus would try something. Why didn't he give Shepard a heads up that he/she may encounter them when he told him/her to go to Mars? He was able to say we can't win conventionally and that T'soni may of found something to stop the reapers.
