Cerberus itself is unbelievable.  Too rich, too powerful, and contradicts its own lore between ME1 and ME2.

Oh, yeah.  May as well count bringing a smear on the ground of Alchera back to life is also unbelievable.  I don't but it that the N7 armor is that great.  Otherwise, Shepard would NEVER have to fear being shot at.  If you can blaze through the atmosphere of a planet and hit the ground mostly intact because of your armor then there ain't no hand-held weapon that's going to come even close to hurting you.

On Gellix, Jacob's wound moves from one side of his abdomen to the other. It's originally on his right but when he's in the med bay it's on his left.

There's a crashed speeder on Agebinium, that has the brand name "Nezo". It is an anagram for Enzo, a 1m Ferrari that former Gizmondo exec's crashed.

All planets in the Matano System, located on the Maroon Sea Cluster, are named after deities of Inca mythology.
*Apo is the Inca god of mountains.
*Chasca (UNC: Colony of the Dead) is the Inca deity of dawn and twilight
- This planet is also mentioned in ME2, on a Citadel News Net Terminal by Emily Wong. One of the stories mentioned claims that Chasca's colonial growth is back on track with the help of asari investment and that the colony is accepting new recruits. The Alliance's Fifth Fleet made a brief visit to it recently. Wong also mentions that the geth were responsible for the deaths of the first colonists, despite Cerberus being the true perpetrators.
-Also in 2185, the Delta Pavonis Foundation is raising funds from investors and recruiting volunteers for a second stage colonization of this world.

*Illapa is the Inca god of the weather, particularly thunder/lightning.
-Coniraya, one of its moons, is named after the Inca deity of the moon.

*Inti is the Inca deity of the sun.
*Supay is the Inca god of death.

The Armstrong Nebula cluster design is identical to the Arcturus Stream

By the time Thessia falls, it's actually 2187. Shepard mentions something about Liara having been warning everyone about the Reaper threat for four years. Given that ME2 took place in 2185 it means the Reaper War has been going for a year or close to it.

Bioware and time don't get along. It's best not to think about it.

I was listening through every exchanges during Ardat Yakshi Monastery and then... how did I never find this gem in all my years of playing this game. I always knew James seemed to detect Garrus' bullshit during their banters and seemed quite guarded but... this!... F-word too. Thank you James, I thought I was alone being immune.

It was a response to Garrus sarcastically wondering if the Asari Command want their (now dead) soldiers back. James seemed appalled by that; asking if Garrus was joking about it, hence the f-word at the end. 

Made me think about the way James treat others too. He's actually a lot observant and thoughtful than he let on. But never quite seen him being this pissed off with a squadmate (and I use him all the time).

I discovered that in the Citadel Archives I could push a CAT-6 merc off of a platform, sending him to his death. No biotics or anything, just running into him.

Never saw that before. Amazing!

Who's the "last seen on Earth" person? I feel like I'm supposed to know but I don't. Also, one of them reminds me of Cora.

Hmm...could mean the kid is real and the Starbrat just co-opted his image to play on Shepard's guilt.
