well that is one of many issues within ME3 with the Cerberus Storyline given what happen with ME:Retribution, that a crippling blow was dealt to Cerberus that several Cerberus Cells were sent into prison and accounts frozen.
So Rebuilding from that blow is not as believable if you take into account it was 6 months between ME2 and ME3. If it was 2-3 years of rebuilding, then I can see them Returning in the state as they were within ME2.
Well a part of me does wonder due to the grandpa within ME3 ending said about Details have changed over time. The question what details what changes?

ME:Retribution is canon within the context of ME3 from what I do understand. IF there is hard evidence like Codex or Developer's statement that the crippling blow to Cerberus is not a severe as I read. Also combine that with rebuilding Shepard and SR-2 Normandy did cost a lot of money and enough money to train and equip a small army.

May as well count bringing a smear on the ground of Alchera back to life is also unbelievable. I don't but it that the N7 armor is that great. Otherwise, Shepard would NEVER have to fear being shot at. If you can blaze through the atmosphere of a planet and hit the ground mostly intact because of your armor then there ain't no hand-held weapon that's going to come even close to hurting you.

I thought it was established that TIM always lies. All branches of Cerberus have long-term players that plays their part; as with the military branch with General Petrovsky. Jack Harper is not a scientist and TIM certainly demand a lot of R&D from Henry Lawson. To me, he's not the brains behind the Cerberus science, Lawson is.
The fact that Henry Lawson controlled the facility on Horizon showed he worked for TIM the entire time. Creating the reaper implants and husks for shocktroopers. Something Miranda have no knowledge about.

On Gellix, Jacob's wound moves from one side of his abdomen to the other. It's originally on his right but when he's in the med bay it's on his left.

The quest Wrex: Family Armor has three different dialogue pop-ups when completed.
Provided Wrex is around in the assignment: “Wrex was very happy that you recovered his armor. Apparently it's not very good, but it does have sentimental value. Well... sentimental for a krogan.”
If Wrex wasn't brought for the assignment but is still alive, the entry reads as: “Wrex will probably be upset he didn't get to kill Tonn Actus himself, but no doubt he'll be glad you recovered his family armor.”
If Wrex was already dead before completing the assignment, the entry reads as: “You found the armor that belongs to the Urdnot Clan. The only krogan you knew with that name is dead and gone. Wrex won't be needing this anytime soon.”

A few random curiosities here: Kahoku in Hawaiian means "Star" Brian George, voice of Rear Admiral Kahoku, also voices Oleg Petrovsky There's a crashed speeder on Agebinium, that has the brand name "Nezo". It is an anagram for Enzo, a 1m Ferrari that former Gizmondo exec's crashed. All planets in the Matano System, located on the Maroon Sea Cluster, are named after deities of Inca mythology. *Apo is the Inca god of mountains. *Chasca (UNC: Colony of the Dead) is the Inca deity of dawn and twilight - This planet is also mentioned in ME2, on a Citadel News Net Terminal by Emily Wong. One of the stories mentioned claims that Chasca's colonial growth is back on track with the help of asari investment and that the colony is accepting new recruits. The Alliance's Fifth Fleet made a brief visit to it recently. Wong also mentions that the geth were responsible for the deaths of the first colonists, despite Cerberus being the true perpetrators. -Also in 2185, the Delta Pavonis Foundation is raising funds from investors and recruiting volunteers for a second stage colonization of this world. *Illapa is the Inca god of the weather, particularly thunder/lightning. -Coniraya, one of its moons, is named after the Inca deity of the moon. *Inti is the Inca deity of the sun. *Supay is the Inca god of death. The Armstrong Nebula cluster design is identical to the Arcturus Stream

According to The Art of Mass Effect, Quarians follow a vegan diet, because of practicality: "the amount of water needed to hydrate and animal is exponentially more than the amount needed to grow plants, and on a starship, all water would need to be conserved carefully."

By the time Thessia falls, it's actually 2187. Shepard mentions something about Liara having been warning everyone about the Reaper threat for four years. Given that ME2 took place in 2185 it means the Reaper War has been going for a year or close to it.

Bioware and time don't get along. It's best not to think about it. Its not that time and Bioware don't get along, its that the writers have a problem with communicating with each other to make sure what is written is consistent.

I was listening through every exchanges during Ardat Yakshi Monastery and then... how did I never find this gem in all my years of playing this game. I always knew James seemed to detect Garrus' bullshit during their banters and seemed quite guarded but... this!... F-word too. Thank you James, I thought I was alone being immune.

Of course, they were expecting casualties. The asari commandos were there to blow the place up. It was a response to Garrus sarcastically wondering if the Asari Command want their (now dead) soldiers back. James seemed appalled by that; asking if Garrus was joking about it, hence the f-word at the end. Made me think about the way James treat others too. He's actually a lot observant and thoughtful than he let on. But never quite seen him being this pissed off with a squadmate (and I use him all the time).

But never quite seen him being this pissed off with a squadmate (and I use him all the time). Now, I don't know what makes a good N7, but it doesn't seem to be someone who's just a "follow orders" kind of person. We only know of a few in any depth, which are Shepard, Alec Ryder and David Anderson. Those three all have great leadership skills, they get people to follow them (plus, one is a Spectre and the other a Spectre candidate). If James was given an N7 commendation, that means someone is seeing that same quality in him. All of this is to point out that, yes, James is a lot smarter and thoughtful than he lets on.

cue the twilight zone music... I was running around doing quests on the Citadel and went to the refugee memorial. And I saw this.... Zoomed in...."Last seen on earth" There's also a Thane clone on the photo board and a clone of Steve's husband Robert in an upright photo frame.

it's the star brat...the kid...the image assumed by the catalyst...it's him or I need to go to Specsavers (again!) Hmm...could mean the kid is real and the Starbrat just co-opted his image to play on Shepard's guilt. Precisely! I never thought the kid was anything other than a kid.
