When only scanning for assets there's about 1265 or 632 at 50% readiness. That's a lot just for scanning planets. This is not including when Shepard talks or eavesdrop during a conversation. Its just scanning planets. It does not include the planets that can be scanned for assets in the Leviathan dlc. When I play ME3, I use this to scan planets

When Ashley is taken on the Turian bomb mission, she will mention Virmire and Kaidan, regardless if its a default playthrough or a playthrough with a save import, on the shuttle heading back to the Normandy, but when she is seen at the memorial wall, she will mention Kaidan's name if the player imported a save whereas with an ME3 default playthrough, she won't mention Kaidans name

Thanks to @birefringent, I was able to kill Archangel
What I did was not shoot at the mercs letting them think I'm with them. They did not shoot at me. I got part way up the stairs and started shooting at Archangel. With myself and the other mercs, he was killed a short time later.
I reloaded and shot at him a few times. When Archangel revealed himself to be Garrus, there was no mentioning of me shooting at him. I was surprised since Shepard can make a comment about Garrus shooting at Shepard

When facing the two YMIR mechs in Garrus' loyalty mission, I was able to destroy the first one which blew up causing the other one to be destroyed. Never had that happen before
After the geth kills the 3 husks, during the iff mission, and Shepard deals with the first wave of husks, the player can see lightning strikes outside on the right

During the From Ashes dlc, Shepard will activate a table in someone's home and say, 'They were gunned down while having drinks and watching the game'. Looking at the victims, they have on helmets. It would be hard to do any kind of drinking wearing helmets

Thanks to Excella Gionne, Miranda can survive ME3 if not loyal
In ME2, complete Miranda's and Jack's loyalty missions. Side with Jack causing Shepard to lose Miranda's loyalty. In ME3, do everything that needs to be done to keep her alive and she will survive
Instead of talking to Anderson after Thessia, talk to him after Sanctuary. He will mention the catalyst twice. The last line he says before he hangs up is 'Find that catalyst'. I forget what the other line was with him saying catalyst

One thing I would like to add is that while people laugh and ridicule ME3's ending and how their choices didn't matter, I'm almost sure it has more choice-based variations than Witcher 3's endgame had. I was actually pretty disappointed at how little there was to "choice and consequence" in Witcher 3 even though that's a bit harsh since it still has a lot overall.
Anyway, my contribution is to say that I love that Nihlus does a turian jaw-drop when watching the Eden Prime footage. That really stood out to me for some reason. I also liked that, despite how misplaced it was, that when Shepard looks at the Saren statue in the Kasumi DLC in ME2, he furrows his brow like he just had a bad recalling or that he looks at it and thinks "Regrettable how you turned out."

You just remind me of how much I would LOVE to see a return to the "post mission debriefing" scenes of ME1 in Andromeda. It's also an opportunity to get to know the crew together and in general it's very important in BioWare games to have scenes where the crew interacts, not just with the protagonist, but with each other. I think ME3 and DA:I were quite good at this, especially ME3 because it always happened during story-related moments or at specific parts in the story aboard the Normandy while in DA:I it almost exclusively happened during meandering moments.

When talking to the VI at Exogeni it will say Elizabeth Baynham. The dialogue wheel will show Lizbeth.
If the player gets out of the Mako before the cutscene showing Lizbeth running from the Mako, it will still have that cutscene if the player moves far enough forward to trigger the cutscene

When scanning for resources on the planet Klendagon, I wasn't able to see the Great Rift. I looked on the wikia and found this explaining why. When the player decides to scan the planet in Mass Effect 2, a default planet texture is used so the Great Rift Valley cannot be seen.

After sending Vega back to the shuttle and dealing with the Cerberus guys, a Cerberus APC can be seen. I'd be curious how it got there since it appears to be too tall to get in through the entrance Shepard uses to enter the building
If Ashley is in the game, she will say 'What's that smell? Before that line, there are containers that can be seen on the left, when looking through the windows, with C7 marked on the them

When chasing the evabot, a shuttle appears with 2 Cerberus guys. What happened to those guys after Shepard climbs the ladder and the evabot jumps in the shuttle? Usually the only time I deal with those two is when I play as an adept. I use a singularity with reave. So they get killed. Even the squadmates aren't firing at them. Both are firing at the evabot

Once I gained control of Shepard, on Cronos, I went and hijacked the atlas. I ignored the Cerberus soldiers. Stood in front of the spot the fighters are launched from to see what happens. It launched flying right through the mech without causing any damage.
I rescued the turians just before going to Thessia. I had Kaidan and Javik with me. At one point Kaidan will say, " Wouldn't the turians want the Krogan military to help?". Shepard will respond with "The Alliance is fresh. Lets not mess with it".

If a player wants to get through fighting the mercs and heavy mech quickly before getting to Vito, just move forward enough and fire at the heavy mech. What that does is it causes the ramp to move forward letting the mech move towards you. When its clear, run pass it to the door activating the cutscene. Just a tip. When I did this, I went on the right side. A pyro, I didn't see on my right, killed Shepard before I could get past the mech. Once I reloaded, I took care of the pyro making it easier to get past the mech.
