Ta-da! It's not exactly how I wrote, it's "Hey! Not the face!" Have fun!

I couldn't rip it. There must be rudimentary tools at least but I didn't find them. However, that's what workarounds are for so I recorded it straight from the game. The crew cut in a few times when he said it but after some takes it worked out.

Eee, that's awesome! I've heard "sometimes I impress myself" multiple times, but that's a new one for me. Probably because after I got the Insanity achievement, I only play on casual.

Oh, poor Reyes, he sounds genuinely like he's being attacked, great voice work. And you just let him keep getting pummeled time after time.

Thanks! Funny how I've never heard him say any of these lines before. It's great they recorded this stuff for him. They easily could've skimped on it, I for one wouldn't have noticed.

Aww, so much weird in one sentence, that really warms one's heart. Also, makes one all over a thing they haven't read yet. Also makes one remember when was their last time they did some proper weird stuff. Good work, I say. I'd say "hold on" to that 306 posts thing but it seems you are safely past now. So... glad you're still with us?

And music is great when accompanying almost any thinking, and chasing for suitable songs for any story is even more fun.  But angsty songs are easy. It's decent non-angsty stuff that's hard to find. And theme songs are even worse (and then there comes the moment when some random selection on youtube suggests exactly what you've always needed. This internet thing will kill us all, mark my words)

Yup I looked into it and it turns out that there is a thing called Angel Numbers and the meaning behind the number was cute, so I was like "let me try to associate it with cute angels sending me a reoccurring number as guidance instead of drowning and L'Inconnue de la Seine. 

Yup, I wrote a scene today and let me say... wow... for anyone thinking of doing a future fic with Reyes as a protagonist, you will be on a wild ride... 

Nothing too wild of course, but damnnnn. 

Exactly!!! Angst is so easy, but some cute song about love and happiness might seem cheesy and ill-fitting given the character. I have a free Spotify account and every week, they give me songs that they'd think I'd enjoy. If you don't have it, I recommend it- very helpful!

I've been lucky to find some cute little indie alt songs about love that work for my other OTP's and the characters in my original work, but Reyes isn't really a She and Him kinda guy, so you get stuck in that regard. (Frankly he's more AM era Arctic Monkeys and old school Franz Ferdinand), but that's a matter of opinion.

Edit: would anyone here happen to know what's going down with the other pathfinders? Do they have their own ships and crew? I heard somewhere that the other Pathfinder ships were destroyed in the scourge disaster, but upon googling it, I am a smidge confused. Thanks! :3
