There is a moment of sheer panic when I realize that Anderson's apartment overlooks the Presidium... and is obviously more expensive than mine.

Garrus would have nothing to do on this ship, no calibrations needed.

The Tempest does look amazing, can't wait to run around inside it.

That has to be the most exciting thing I saw in the briefing. Here's hoping that we will have enough to cover all of our mining/gathering needs. I really don't want to have to walk around the planets gathering stuff on foot for hours on end.

While I am still not a fan of the exterior and certain facts about it, I do like how the interior of the ship looks. The whole thing has a science vibe to it.

I like Kallo Jaff so far as well, though I called it when I said they wouldn't show any crew members and instead the ship when empty.

I don't see a problem with luxury. It happened with the Normandy in ME2 already. If it was fine then, it's fine now. He Initiative fits in the same logic of Cerberus not being a military org and not following those restrictions.
I agree on the latter, although it might still have some weapons even if not a main gun. But it's the same problem with the Nomad (I wonder what is the shield blast mentioned in the video though)..
