Politics... HAD TO BE POLITICS!! Goodbye, suicidal bunny... We hardly knew you. Edit: Btw 60 in truth isn't old, not anymore. 200-1000yrs ago, yes it was, because people naturally died at 30-50yo. Now we can live to be well past 100. Nonetheless, Zevran "Death happens." Nothing you can do about it. As for Carrie Fisher, I liked her, I'm sad she died like she did... but no tear I shed will bring her back to her family. So? I just have to keep living my life.

This looks like a very bad year coming up for more then a few reasons. Especially in the U.S. (not saying why) Does anyone think MEA will be a bright spot or just a let down No, I actually think ME:A will add to the horribleness of the year. It does not looks very good at all.

Also, don't trust statistics. News: "Statistics says 'fish' will cause ball cancer." 6months to a year later News: "Statistics says 'fish' will prevent cancer of the balls." Statistics don't know squat.

It just depends if you look at ones that are actually worth something or some idiot writing what he feels like on a graph that with real research is proven wrong. Without things like statistics or research you really can't figure stuff out and are essentially guessing. and it is true that americans are dying younger. Health care is less reliable (and no this isn't talking about the affordable health care act or anything to do with politics). Our eating habits are worse,so much pollution and toxins in the enviorment, and several other factors added into it

SLIGHTLY off topic but: 2016 wasn't as bad as many people think. For example: I for one am very happy to read that the highly endangered tiger numbers have RISEN for the first time in 100 years! Along with a variety of other pretty great events: helthehatter.tumblr.com/post/152910935316/good-things-that-happened-in-2016 (Something nice, non-toxic/positive from Tumblr for a change) As for 2017? We've got potential peace in Syria to look forward to! 6 years of agony may finally come to an end, how is that not a good thing? Oh and contrary to what you might think, Trump will do good stuff as well. Tensions between the USA and Russia will go down (which opens up the possibility for dialogue and diplomacy) and he might genuinely boost USA's economy. Plus he seems to used extreme measures during the election time to gain votes and has calmed down somewhat. This is coming from a non-USA perspective though so call me out on that if it's wrong.Aside from all of that: ME:A isn't the only great game releasing! We still have Horizon Zero Dawn to be excited for! Chin up, cheer up and stay positive!

And if you couldn't trust any then where would you get your information.

And if you couldn't trust any then where would you get your information. Eh... tell that to wars, global, civil or gang. There was a black family that was shot by one or two other blacks, in Whilkensberg PA, while BBQing. 5 of 6 were killed, one being a 6yo girl. A company that looks into the "facts" are mostly doing it for a profit. Not to be humane. How do I get my information? *shrugs* By living my life. Buddhist proverb "Believe nothing, no matter where you read it or who said it, not even me if I said it. Unless it agrees with your own reason and common sense" ~ Buddha. In layman's term, no one can tell you the truth. Because it's their own twisted version, that they got from an even twisted version. Take what you learn from personal experience, everything else is a grain of salt in the ocean. It is up to you to find the truth, for yourself. Edit: Anyways, I'm done. This is MASS EFFECT, not Bullshit Politics 101...

Indeed as |Felix says to Alexuis everybody dies which is true we'll all die eventually. Vut the world will go on without us I'm sure even if and especvially when we do fall How does saying a year is gonna suck qualify me as a pretend "prophet of the apocalyspse". There are alot of years that have sucked but don't result in an apocalyse. Nobody is he's jus tasying everyone needs t ocalm down a bit which is true. Life wilgo on and hopeful MEA will prove a very good game.

PATPATPATlol: HAH! That forms amazing! Also great choice in avatar. My predictions for 2017: People will be born. People will die. Wars will start and end. Cats and dogs will live together leading to mass hysteria. Lastly, no matter how good MEA is, people will find something to endlessly bitch about until they drown out the people who like the game.

gun deaths are less then fifty thousand a year (in america) and alot of those are suicides or accidents. Not nearly enough to account for a lowering life span. And the way to look at statistics is if they are being funded by someone who has an interest in them being a certain way. Or by a company that does the same. I'm not talking politics. When did looking at things and doing a little research become politics. And not all studies are doing it for profit. And while those people being shot is horrific when it comes to life spans it is more about health care, the way we live, and our enviroment.

This looks like a very bad year coming up for more then a few reasons. Especially in the U.S. (not saying why) Does anyone think MEA will be a bright spot or just a let down Everything is amazing in the U.S. and in every first world country. It actually shocks me how little the average US citizen understands about the world outside its borders. For a bit of perspective, try travelling the parts of the world that are not so lucky. While you're there, try living in the conditions they do, it will truly change the way you think. Barring that, dig into a history tome. Pick any century. If you are not starving, have indoor plumbing and a nice house, and you're not currently dying of disease, guess what? You are very, very fortunate and live a privileged life. Such a self-absorbed and narcissistic culture makes me want to weep..... You know what's funny? A man in Lesotho who had almost nothing but a hut with a dung floor, was more content and happy with his life and optimistic about the future than the average westerner who has so much. Tragic. /rant I expect 2017 to have good and bad, as does all life. My own opinion is that MEA will likely be a decent to good game with an excellent multiplayer.

Indeed I think it's likely I'm going to have a bit of a rough start to 2017 but I'm hoping it improves as I have hada foot problem since the summer and it's likely I may need an operation on it. Admittedly as someone who is disabled enough already this is not a good thing. I won't know for sure until I have my MRI scan though which is scheduled for next month. TBH I'm kind of seeing MEA as that light at the end of that dark tunnel so doing my best to keep going till I see that game and can play it.

I understand looking forward to a game as a bright spot during life's darker times. Big hugs.
