PC System Requirements speculation

GTX 1080 is not really worth it at my country Sweden, at discounted price is still twice my Sapphire R9 390 Nitro and a good IPS 1440p monitor with G-sync cost more then twice my 1080/144 Free-sync monitor.

The amounted price for the monitor and GPU alone cost more then my whole PC and monitor, with my i7-6700k and R9 390 i can get a mix of Ultra or high setting (except shadow) and remain 1080p +60FPS most of the time.

GTX 1080 get 110-120 FPS on 1080p with everything maxed out if the game is "optimized" while i get somewhere 70-90FPS with mixed Ultra and High, Medium/Normal Shadow, Motion Blur off, SSAO instead of HBAO+, Hairworks or Gameworks off etc. I'm happy with it, will upgrade if a new mid-tier card is designed for 1440p and can smash 1080/144 with ease, ludicrous to spend 800-900 EUR when the damn PC cost as much.

I am playing on a shitty Samsung 1080p TV currently and I never play games on less than 1440p. 'Ts the way to go for sure if you got extra juice under the hood.

Yeah, 1 GB VRAM as minimum requirement in 2017.

This might not be the most appropriate place to ask, but I literally don't know where to start.

Backstory: Years ago, I bought an XBox 360 just to play the Mass Effect series, and that is all I ever really used it for. Now that ME: Andromeda is coming out, I'm trying to determine which console to buy to play it. Today I realized I need a new computer anyway, so I should consider a PC rather than a console that I'll essentially only use for one game.

The problem is I have never been a PC gamer, and I know practically zero about building a computer. Do any of you have recommendations for a reasonably-priced, ready-made gamer PC that would do an admirable job of playing ME: Andromeda? I'm thinking the $600 to $800 range.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Dear Master Race (laptop edition) experts give it to me straight, what will likely be the absolutely lowest spec to run La Andromeda? 10fps and lowest everything is good enough for me lol, I just want to run it and be able to somehow finish...

How about lower lol? I dont need just fine, barely acceptable 8fps is good too!
