Mass Effect 3 'Resurgence' (multiplayer) April 6th 2012
Mass Effect 3 Multiplayer Strategy #3 ~ Resurgence April 13th 2012
"Snipe from a distance... storm the beach..."
The Resurgence trailer sits nicely alongside the Resurgence strategy tutorial. I really liked the introduction of the Geth. Kill stealing from a punching Batarian was also quite funny...

Good Morning from across the pond. Diving into the Mass Effect 3 Citadel DLC, and man, do I hope we get something like this with the new crew (even as later dlc). The light heartedness and having the entire team at least in cut scenes for battles are some of the best content I've ever seen in a Mass Effect game.

I never actually played ME3's multiplayer, but I have to admit these trailers make it look really fun, even for someone not super into combat like myself (I'm a story/character/romance/lore nut who thinks of combat as the mini-game addon ) Hopefully a number of the powers and weapons showcased here (I want those whips!) make it into Andromeda's SP campaign rather than being unique to MP characters.

Launch minus N41 days to 3.21 Mass Effect Andromeda. (Counting down 70 trailers of Mass Effect) Mass Effect 3 'Take Earth Back' Cinematic Trailer (MaleShep) - February 20th 2012 Mass Effect 3 'Take Earth Back' Cinematic Trailer (FemShep) - February 20th 2012“It was the best of times, it was the worst of times..." [Charles Dickens]A double dose today, with both versions of the 'Take Earth Back' trailer. I feel so conflicted about this (these) trailers, it would be interesting to read what others think. I'm not even remotely conflicted about this trailer... it's basically garbage, IMO, in that it has so little to do with anything that actually was inside the game. Not somewhat dishonest... basically totally dishonest.

Aren't the whips the same as the Lash bonus power that you get from Aria in the Omega DLC? Are they? I found Aria super underwhelming in combat for all her supposed bad-assery so I never bothered with her power (maybe I just leveled her up wrong, I don't know, but she was constantly dying on me). But good to know - though I'm not sure I wouldn't still use Reave or Dark Channel instead - the problem with those bonus powers was you could only have one at a time. But I also want things like that harpoon gun and that biotic bubble, the geth hunter ability, that blade gun the Batarian had, and that sword. I know some of these have been confirmed already - but my point was that the combat looked so much more varied and fun in those MP trailers than it was in the SP game. I just hope those weapons and powers aren't exclusive to MP this time (or that maybe we can carry them back into SP - that would actually motivate me to play MP a lot more).

She did al right for me I found her biotics useful for disarming the Centurions and ripping their shields away when I'm not playing as a biotic myself. Each to their own though

Kind of creepy and hada bit of a haunted house kind of feeling about it but it was interesting as well.

Leviathan is my absolute favorite DLC (I loved that apartment by the way - I love investigating and following clues and it was just a really cool space). It might even be my favorite side mission. Loved all the spooky stuff - from the people in that mining facility to just reading those notes on the ship and the underwater scene (so wish that was longer). The fact that I'm a fan of both Lovecraft and Bioshock may also be a factor in why I love this DLC so much. My only gripe with it is it should really have been part of the original game, since it explains the main antagonists (rather than just being a side plot - same with Arrival for ME2). And if you play it too early Shepard comes across as really dumb because all the main game dialogue assumes you don't know where the Reapers came from.

The one I'm playing now is I think as I'm playing through the Citadel DLC before heading out into the final mission of the trilogy. Once I've done that though it'll be back to ME1 to start another Shep.

The Husk Head is awesome... One thing that troubled me about that husk head...did it become "alive" like everything else did in the synthesis ending? Husk head: OH GOD, WHERE'S MY BODY!? WHAT AM I?! WHY AM I ON A DESK?! IT HURTS, EVERYTHING HURTS! *endless screaming*
