So... are you going to buy it on disk or are you going to buy it digitally? And what's the reason you'll buy it that way?
Personally, I like to have my games on a disk as I'm a Collector (Get it? Collector?), but I'm now thinking of buying it digitally on the xbox store. I'll be able to play the game faster that way and I don't think it'll be a much of a difference.

EA no longer sell games on Steam. It's all Origin now.

Doesn't the boxed copy just come with a download code?

Easier for me that way.

When it comes to retail games, always physical. Digital does not stay permanently since publishers can remove from market without warning. Not buying this game personally.

When it comes to retail games, always physical. Digital does not stay permanently since publishers can remove from market without warning. In that regard, DRM'd physical is pretty much the same, though, isn't it? As long as the publisher holds the key as to whether you can run the executable, you're at their mercy. So the relevant distinction is the one between DRM'd and DRM-free, not digital and physical. With DRM-free digital though, it does make sense to make some backup copies, lest the download become unavailable.

Same happened for the Marvel Ultimate Alliance DLC for both games and all three of those were published by Activision. I wouldn't put it past EA to remove Andromeda from the digital marketplace without any reason.

Physical. The only games i download digitally are the ones i get for free with PS+ and the Telltale games. Doesnt hurt that the employees of my local Gamestop are the nicest people ever. (Giving me a PSP hull for free because they noticed i didnt have one, giving me pre-order bonuses despite me not pre-ordering or pre-ordering too late, and one of them staying a whole hour longer at work than he had to just to help me pick out a game are just a few of the awesome things they did for me. I was really surprised to hear that they have such a bad rep overseas. )

I wouldn't put it past EA to remove Andromeda from the digital marketplace without any reason. Yeah, I remember the disappearance of Deadpool from the Steam Store. It remained downloadable and playable in my library though.

I'm getting it on Origin since there's no Steam or GOG release. I have physical collector's editions of ME2 and ME3, but since all included deluxe goodies of MEA are digital, there's just no point.

Download always either on PSN or Origin/Steam. I just don't have space for physical games and I can live without it.

I would like Deluxe Edition on physical copy, but that is most likely not going to happen, so I will buy normal pre-order then I will probably upgrade to deluxe edition on Origin. If that's possible.

Even if I buy games on disc, I need to download them by Origin/Steam/Uplay, plus there is no way to buy Deluxe edition on PC but only by Origin, and I really want that soundtrack.. So digital for me.

Once I finish playing the game or I find the game bad/boring/whatever, I can trade it in for another game or get store credit

I just don't have room for a physical copy so digital it is! I'm not too overly concerned about not being able to play my purchased games. I've never had a game in my library (Origin or Steam) just go "poof" out of the blue. Except for those "FREE" Origin games. I'm 100% certain I downloaded Mass Effect 1 when it was available for free on Origin but it's no longer in my library. Jerks. However, everything I've actually paid money for is in my list.
