Well the Queen would have certainly been killed in the Slaughter of Cintra.
Possibly raped then killed, she just chose for it to be at her own hand.

Sorceress' are not eternal.
While 100 is considered young for a sorceress (Yennefer was 96 at the time of the coup.)
Yen pointed out Gerhart of Aelle to Geralt, saying he is the oldest living mage.
He was nearly 500 when he had a heart attack and died during the coup.

It's ironic that Yennefer has only had two female friends in her life, Triss & Tissaia.
And it was Tissaia who insisted she be made sterile.

Of course she may have naturally became sterile anyway.

Tissaia de Vries was a pacifist and very much old school.
She was a member of Chapter of Sorcerers, the 5 who set the rules for the Conclave of Mages.
Like banning Necromancy & Artifact Compression. (Although Yen uses Necromancy) & Francesca Findabair herself a member, held Yen in Artifact Compression for a month.
So when Tissaia saw Dijkstras' men's premptive strike on the Nilfgaard mages, she sided with Vilgefortz and bought down the anti magic dome to allow the mages to defend themselves.
Only this allowed Francesca to bring in the scoia'tael and increase the slaughter 10 fold.
With Gerhart of Aelle dead, Artaud Terranova killed by Philippa and Geralt.
Francesca Findabair responsible for the death of so many mages.
The Chapter of Sorcerers could be no more.
She felt by initially supporting Vildefortz, she was responsible for the deaths.
The old ways were changing and another war was coming.
She felt her time had come and gone.

I was thinking her cockney speaking accent didn't match her British polished singing voice. Also, too much eye makeup.

I don't find her irritating though m just underwhelming after all that buildup.

She was the Innkeeper in White Orchid. You went to her defense and ended up killing all the locals.


Istredd is a well respected sorcerer in the city of Aedd Gynvael with a keen interest in archaeology.
He is one of Yennefer's long-time lovers whom she had known for many years, often visiting and staying with him for several months at a time.
On one occasion Geralt and Yennefer traveled to Aedd Gynvael where Geralt had been tasked with killing a Zeugl.
After the beast was dead, Geralt overheard some townsfolk say that Yennefer was back sleeping with the sorcerer again.
He was jealous and a bit taken back by it.
He goes to Istredd's house where the two men learn of each other for the first time.
Istredd is used to Yennefer sleeping around and tells Geralt he is just a toy to her.
But when he realizes Geralt and Yen have long been lovers he says he doesn't care about her casual lovers, but won't share her with a man she is serious about and demands Yennefer choose between then.
But she claims she cannot.
Geralt returns with Yen to the Inn and they argue some more about their relationship and about her relationship with Istredd, but they resolve nothing.
Istredd and Geralt then challenged each other to a duel to the death for exclusive access to Yennefer's affections.
However before going to fight Geralt, Istredd received a letter from an enchanted Kestrel sent by Yennefer, telling him she has chosen to leave him. Istredd in grief over this turned up to the fight bearing a sword instead of magic hoping that Geralt would then kill him.
Geralt decides to spend the night in the stables rather than staying with Yen.
During the night, he receives the same message from the sorceress, delivered by a bird.
Contemplating suicide himself that night, he went in an alley without weapons expecting to be killed by thugs, but they fled once they saw his eyes.
Geralt continues on his original path to meet the mage for their duel.
He soon learns that Istredd received the same message from Yennefer, by bird-messenger.
The mage readies his sword, Geralt however, refuses to fight, bids the mage good-bye and leaves.

Cleaver has Blackwall's voice!

Blackwall's VA seems to have more than one role in the Witcher 3. Some are very minor though. When doing the horse race competition, I recall a rider named "Iron Arse Hans" having Blackwall's voice.

Okay. So Dandelion covered his tracks on the customer books. I was really wiggling there because I thought I'd managed to help kill Geralt's best friend. Would be about right for me and this game... But Dandelion is smarter than I thought.

I like the voiced overview every time I'm logging in.

I like that Roach always goes to find food when I'm not riding him. Hungry bugger

I like all the changing scenes. Like, Geralt has been in a towel twice and a fancy outfit, etc. It's like...living... to see him in various states of undress.
