It's a very big mess actually, I understand now why Bioware doesn't do it either in the game...

For the Kroguard, we get the data from the APEX mobile app so there might be some discrepancies from the game. I'll have a look and correct it.

If anyone see some data that isn't right, don't hesitate to post it here.

Just checked the Apex app and the Kroguard's shields have now been dropped to 150.

Just uploaded a major change for the weapon damage.

Shotgun damage is now calculated correctly according to the number of pellets they have.

Armor and Shield multiplier bonus are now calculated too. For example, most shotguns have 25% bonus damage against Armor and all Remnant weapons have a 15% bonus damage against Shield.

DPS is now calculated with Damage * Projectile Number * Rate of Fire / 60 seconds. It's also now displayed for Health, Armor and Shield separately since they can have different values.

I made a small change about the Tips feature. While most of it is still under a limited exclusivity to donors, I've made available to everyone Character Tips for the basic Humans. You can load builds suggestion directly from the Tips. Not everything is there yet, but the Character Tips are growing.

Next step should be trying to display the units for the Skills and Evolutions. It's much easier when you see "10 s" or "25 %"... Character Tips are also going to be added regularly. Be patient on those, there are numerous characters and I make a point of always testing builds I recommend which takes a lot of time...

Here's what's been done on the builder:

Equipment Section is now available

Rozerad quickly (~0.5 seconds) ramps up to ~900 RPM (relevant for its sustained DPS stat). Hard to measure since interval between auto weapon damage hits are not constant in this game even for weapons with constant ROF. How do you consider burst fire for weapons without built in burst mode ? (??nonsense?? ) Some burst fire weapons fire 3 other fire 2 projectiles. Also hard (different) to calculate DPS for burst fire weapons because there are delays between shots in burst and other delays between bursts which cannot be directly extracted from the listed weapon ROF stat in UI . Those delays probably react differently to ROF modifiers (turbocharge) making calculating DPS numbers with those in play even more painful ..

As far as I can see, it's the values themselves (data from APEX HQ) that aren't necessarily right so the formula would be good. If there's a mistake, please advise.

It's a bit time consuming to modify the data directly though, every time I update the data from the APEX HQ, I have to port the manual edits.

On top of this, your results are all for 1 rank of the weapon, for example Rozerad X or Rozerad I. I would need the results for every ranks of a weapon to be consistent.

I'll integrate whatever I can when it's provided so I welcome every contribution. Thanks for the input!

ShotsPerBurst have a minimum of 1.

I do nothing about the Cyclone and Shadow yet.

It's important to understand I'm simply dumping the data right now, there are no complicate calculations. What you guys do in the Numerical Data Test thread is a big project by itself and I don't aim to replicate everything to the dot. I try to provide accurate data whenever possible, but I can't keep up with an army of testers

For now, I'm ok with not having the exact value to show the users. The goal is to provide a good approximation and to adjust whenever you guys point me something odd with the data provided.

Let's just see it as I round up the numbers and you calculate to the thousandth. It's precise enough to give the right direction to users but eventually, I'll get around all the details you guys come up with.

I'm always very happy to get help when someone points out something odd about the data provided. Your Rozerad data is absolutely wonderful!

Safe "ish" would be more accurate. There's always gonna be discrepancies, even the game has some between what's written and what's happening in game.

Considering the weapon definition file is over 10250+ lines and the evolution file is 3150+ lines, I think it's a fair trade-off to start from the APEX HQ data instead of typing everything from scratch...

I improve upon the APEX HQ data whenever I get some new or more reliable data, but it wouldn't be fair to expect perfection either. My team is a grand total of Me, Myself and I. There's a limit to what I can do alone, no matter how many responsibilities I take upon myself...

I'm already feeling lucky to have leafspring dumping the data in JSON for me, it saved me months of typing and testing.

If anyone is interested in taking the tall order of adjusting the weapon data according to all the findings, I'm all ears! It's a colossal task and requires minutiae to get down everything.

There's also been many changes to loading performance and data transferred. The Builder should be much more responsive when loading now. I'll keep optimizing the code to provide an experience as fast as possible.

Due to a lack of time and data being available only recently, builds in Tips haven't been updated yet for patch 1.08.

Every character has 2 builds and they both work well on Gold

Sometimes when I'm trying to decide what kit/guns to use, I wish there was a randomizer to pick for me. We had these two for ME3MP:

Edit: Not a skill randomizer though, just a random kit/gun chooser.

I'll take note of it, but I will be at the bottom of the pile for priorities.

I can't promise it will be done shortly, but I can see how this can be a fun feature to have toward the end of active support from Bioware.

Edit: Would it be fine to simply have an extra button to add randomly beside the normal "add" button? You would get those buttons in each block so it wouldn't be 1 button for all, but a button for each section. This would allow to pick things out yourself and randomize just a part of the build if needed.
