One thing that bugs me about Mass Effect: Andromeda is the Lexi and PeeBee 'rivalry'. PeeBee is just cruel to Lexi at parts, and while you can comfort Lexi you can never confront PeeBee about it. And it never gets addressed after that, like no PeeBee apologizing or anything.

Lexi mentions near the end of the game that Peebee ran in, made a face and then scurried off. That's a definite sign of progress in their relationship, since Peebee was avoiding her completely at first.

Here are my reasons: Firstly in our modern world nothing is guaranteed. You cannot say a person of X age will behave this way. 2, personality, how we behave is a culmination of the experiences we went through both good and bad. (also includes how we grew up) 3. While age is not an absolute ruler for a person's mental growth and personality, its the a good rough guide. Extreme ExamplelsWould you discuss real world politics or perhaps scientific theories with a 7 year old? Highly unlikely. Fast forward a few years, lets say 40 year old person - would they want to talk about office politics, crisis management, exit strategy with a fresh graduate of 20 year old? Now I'm not saying the possibility is 0, just that the likelihood is less as there are better candidates out there who are more likely to be on the same wavelength of thought. So we go back to Mass Effect:A. Are all young asaris brats? No. Liara whom is considered young is rather matured for the age due to her experience and upbringing. I don't know Peebee past or her dossier, hence going back to my first mention: Age is the best ruler I have to measure her behavior - but of course I could be wrong. Its all hypothesis. |

Peebee's antagonism of Lexi was probably the biggest mark against her being my favorite squadmate. Aside from that I did really like her.
I was also a big fan of Lexi; I liked her a hell of a lot more than I ever liked Chakwas.
I hope a future game allows us to encourage her to act on her crush on Drack.

I really enjoyed the snark between Doc T'Perro and Ryder. The way I played, Sara was a constant source of headaches for the Doc. Yet they managed to settle into a nice friendship by the end. Let's be honest, after a few weeks with the Tempest crew, word would get out. NO ONE would want to be the on ship physician. Lexi even cracks a joke at the end that no one else is WILLING to take over...at least, I HOPE its a joke...right? Then again, with Ryder's heart...problems...THREE TIMES RYDER, stop dying already! *ahem*...can't say I'm surprised. Between Drack, Ryder, and Liam...she's probably got her hands full. We're lucky she hasn't gone into full blown alcoholism by the end...which, after watching Ryder drink, MAY BE something that should be brought up at the next check up...the liver WON'T survive all that. No wonder Harry bailed when he could! |

just finished my 1st MEA run tonight. I generally dislike the forced on and unbearable Asari characters (Liara, Aria, Peebe) very much. Dr. Lexi however is an exception to my surprise. Very much enjoyed her scenes and talks and whatever is/was going on between her and Drack . Hoping we get much more of her, as well as her and Suvi on a science assignment in a DLC. the VO actress has a very nice and easy to listen voice too. |

I reply here since that particular Suvi thread is unstable ground.  What's next? Dr. Lexi was initially a both option but ND won a few rounds of rock-paper-scissors so she didn't have to record the romance lines?  Probably the biggest screw up in the game, it's right up there with ME3's "art", really. I don't think it's because Natalie Dormer was squeamish though. She's definitely done worse in Game of Thrones. I really hope that this decision was part of a plan to make her the LI with the most compLexi (sorry  ) arc in the Andromeda series. The MEA part is just a start, sort of build-up (endgame conversations!) and when she's available in the sequel it will make her romance more rewarding!  We can have cheesy inside jokes (something something stopping Ryder's heart)! Saving the bar-talk wine for a special evening. I can even see little blue children at the end of the Ryder saga.  |

Which in my view kind of makes it effectively FUBAR in that I don't trust the judgement of the devs. Well I haven't since the RGB and the EC and Andromeda has done nothing to change my mind. A romanceable Natalie Dormer character would've been an override on that (#notevenashamed), but nope, it's just beating a dead horse at this point. The EC is another metaphor for what ME:A2 might bring: -gets asked by fans for Lexi Romance -provides "Samara style multi-flirt turndown" Where's that scumbag hat? |

I want Harry for a LI for MEA2. My Ryder is older and frankly having no love interest in her age range is pretty bad. Well of course, there is Reyes but Harry *swoon* How is your Ryder older? They have a set age: 22. As long as him being a LI wouldn't stop them from making Lexi a LI, then I have no issues with Harry being an option. |
