I was one of those who struggled to get it working. I switched from Avast SecureLine to Private Tunnel, which did the trick for me.

For everyone still having trouble with the Play button being greyed out: turn the VPN off before you click on the game in your library.
1. Connect to VPN
2. Start Origin
3. Disconnect VPN
4. Click on the game and the play button should be working

I want to write a strongly worded letter to EA...now this leaves a worse taste about the game than all the bad animations in the game combined. |

Wish it worked but nah, tried cleaning cache, uninstalling and reinstalling origin etc. From what i got form support the issue is somwhere in the game's registry files or something. Because apparently they thought putting the number of computers trying to access a game should be on client side instead of server side  OH whatever, i ll play tomorrow with normal release after i reinstall the game again to be safe |
