I know it's not N7, but I gotta pick up 7 Tiers again and left off at Geth/Glacier. What's the nuking strategy for plat Geth? I'm thinking 2, 4 (or 5 or even both), 8, 9, and clean-up on 10. AC would let me nuke waves 8 and 9 twice and have 2 left for wave 10. Granted this is going off not getting targets w3 or w6. With this combo i recommend 4 ,8,9 waves. If you can hold 2 without nuking will be nice. Use only 1 rocket on 4 wave. If you feel like that and the game doesn't troll you with bad objectives you can nuke 5 as well,but IMO it's much better to nuke 3 time 8 wave. Only cheap units and 2 banshees,while the budget is very big. Two possibilities-one rocket on 4,three on 8 and two on 9 or one on 4,one on 5 ,2-3 on 8 and 2 on 9. You can nuke 2 as well,but i prefer to skip this wave with a powerful combo like GI/Talon. |

Alfonsedode The challenge is Talon GI vs Geth/Glacier. The first dozen or so times I tried it never got passed wave 7. That was before I really knew how to deal with Phantoms or solo Glacier, but I've gotten better at both since then.

I extensively tried "heart of hydra" today cause i miss solo challenges. Well, flawless on hydra geth is a nightmare. W9 alone is too much for me... Despite hinf And u mad doc! C'mon Alfonse.It's an easy task.Just don't die 10 waves.  lol, yeah, i thought i would be able to pull it in and handfull of tries, and now, i m looking at speccing duration cloaaaak ... Anyway, i watched your tough waves but 9 10 and eleven, and u got lucky on 5 (first the primes stayed together for fair moment and at some point u kited the upper part while on health gate)! and maybe on 6, well at least with objectives. i reached w9 only once, and got lucky a few times already. U can be dropped from full shield in less than .2s, especially on 9 with rockets and drones and siege pulses

I was very slow as far as i remember.Not sure tho.have to check it.

It's tougher than it looks. There’s one device on Dagger, that I was never able to do in a solo, no matter the difficulty...  I shall search to see if anybody has solved this problem.  P.S. And I love lolsilver, it's very relaxing to solo...

Well, can tell you that Explosive ammo is the way to go terhe  i hear that Phasic and Cryo are really really good ammo types, from a very trustworthy source... definitely don't want to use Disruptor though, that's garbage-tier  well ridiculing reddit aside, i'd probaly be comfortable enough to run a Cryo Ash at some point. The only annoyance would be with the cogbuckets and their fuckign shields. and more seriously, in case it needs to be said, Disruptor is the way to go to the point of trivialising the run

Then again, its already a painful challenge to start with so I probably won't be trying it with Cryo anytime soon. Not til I run out of Disruptor IVs at any rate.

I don't think I knew this when I was doing these before (or it has since changed), but this is pretty huge- last time I tried these, I was always thinking I had to get 4 individual gold medals for Ash- so like 20 HS/5 grabs/75 SR kills/75 AR Kills, or 20 HS/5 grabs/75 SR kills/50 Tech Kills. But if Killstreaks (or 10 WS) can count as a personal gold medal then I won't need to milk objective waves to get both 75 SR Kills and 75 AR Kills, or 75 SR/AR kills and 50 Tech Kills (or whatever). This may not be as painful as I was thinking.
Still not looking forward to Ariake, or N7 in general, though.
