Oh. I was setting up options in ME3 and ran into the issue of it not recognizing a controller. Do I have to DL another controller Mod? Did I just trick myself into thinking that ME3 was controller compatible because DAI was?  That was such a long road with the controller mod for 2, although I know I can't blame the mod for all my comp trouble. |

No worries on that front. If I ever conscript Zaeed again, he's going to die. Possibly Jacob and Miranda too.  There will always be a death on my suicide missions. I guess that says I'll play it again. I wanna see if Renegade Shepherd is better and maybe try a different romance. When I play ME, I know exactly what I will do for each game. So I only do enough to get the result I want. That's why most of my playthroughs are very short. |

ROFL I was kinda thinking about that when I wrote that I'd hope he'd die. How the feelings did change... I disliked him more and more as the game went on. How irritatingly solider and bland he was. How a Merc soldier got to come in my Com room and try to tell me what to do.  GRR. I also disliked Zaeed for just being irredeemably awful. And Miranda just seems too weak and robotic to like. Oh, Jacob. Disappointing everyone by being an enormous tool even in ME2.  If I had gotten that line in my PT, I might have been tempted to let him die in the suicide mission after all.  |

WHAT. *loads up ME2* ... Well, those were some awkward animations  Leviathan has a few extra romance lines if you do it after locking in your romance (which I didn't...too impatient), but since you're with Thane, I'm not sure how that would work. From Ashes technically adds companion content since you get a new companion. That new companion gets some additional scenes in Citadel DLC, too. Definitely get Citadel, though, if nothing else. And of course, extended cut (it's free, but you have to download it). LOL I had the same thought! Didn't like sitting in Thane's lap at all. The bed one was better till I realized my Shepherd kept humping his thigh. All freebies downloaded and purchased Citadel. I dunno if just a few lines is worth $10. I'll play through with the freebies + Citadel, then if I love it all, I'll buy Leviathin for a second PT. Which I'm sort of already planning. Renegade Shepherd that makes Jacob, Miranda, and Zaeed miserable and intentionally choose things to make them die on the Suicide Mission. If it comes down to a choice, I'd personally go with "From Ashes" before Leviathan. The squad mate you acquire with that DLC has a lot to say (which fleshes out your between mission banter quite nicely). Leviathan does reveal a very interesting back story to the whole Trilogy... but I don't consider it to be an absolutely essential one... particularly since you haven't even really been getting into the codices so far. |

Ugh, it's never simple, even when there is a whole video tutorial.
Starting at minute 7
He tells me to tell the mod manager to find the mod as a still zipped folder.
If it's still zipped, my mod manager doesn't register it's existence in the folder.
If it's unzipped, it doesn't like any of the three options of folders I click on-- but I'll try this again, because at least it could see it.
Oh wait, maybe it's because .... No. Even if I move the compressed folder version into the right area it doesn't see it.
Then I clicked too many things and froze mod manager and went ahead with a restart since I'd downloaded a hand full of things
IT randomly decided to work after a restart. |

The features imported pretty well- just tweaked for a less starved more relaxed appearance. Also changed from soldier to infiltrate now that I know I like Sniper and now I can go invisible even  And start! Oh crap, I never visited the Rachni Queen last game, does it matter? |

You've been locked up for 6 months... plenty of time to read the codex. ETA: Actually, I just looked and they don't actually put any of James' background in the codex (I'm surprised). He will tell you some bits and pieces as you go. He was tasked to watch you while you've been locked up. |
