Though based on developer tweets and comments about Cerberus being in Andromeda, that it is unlikely they will be in Andromeda, I doubt this theory holds a lot of weight. However, I think the rest of it is pretty solid based on what we have seen from the game and it might not be right or even very right, but there might also be a couple of kernals of truth in there. Several holes here;
Playing as the opposite character in postgame doesn't work. It's not the same person, hasn't met the same people, doesn't have the same experience, the same relationship with companions.
A 600 years long expedition just to beam back Eezo to the Milky Way? The MW isn't even relevant to Andromeda's story, especially not that late.
Cerberus? Hasn't Bioware said they have no real impact in Andromeda.
But the biggest: gender-locked into the sequel? You'd have to enslave the devs for Bioware of all studios to ever implement this.
