The devs have talked about how they took pages from how DAI did things. Sheryl Chee probably more than most since she worked on it. |

So I just popped into the Gil thread... 47 pages?  And Suvi has 13, even though I feel like we know more about her (not that it's much). I realize not everyone is here or in the Gil thread because they're the speculated gay characters, but a lot are at least partly there for that. You guys... are we an endangered species?  I'm here because probable lesbian + Sheryl Chee is writing her.  Me too, mostly. Though I'm always interested in learning more about a potential sciency character. So I just popped into the Gil thread... 47 pages? And Suvi has 13, even though I feel like we know more about her (not that it's much). I realize not everyone is here or in the Gil thread because they're the speculated gay characters, but a lot are at least partly there for that. You guys... are we an endangered species? The gang over there sure are chatty aha, good group.  As for the endangered species part, lolz, nah, I've seen those girls around but in different hangouts. Maybe we'll have to poach em from different character threads, seen a few of em hitch their wagon to the Vetra love train.  That's something I miss actually, back in the pre-DAI days the Sera thread was reeeeeeeeally gay, it was alot of fun, just a chill hangout spot.  The squadmate LIs will always have the more pulling power/appeal when it comes to most fans tho as I'm no doubt you're aware.  I'm here because probable lesbian + Sheryl Chee is writing her. It's an attractive combo, yes.  Plus Katy Townsend, hnnnng. Suvi looks to be my only hope if Cora ain't up for sapphic lovin'. Yeah, both of these threads seem like extensions of the Romance Confirmation thread, and there are a lot of gay guys there. Well I hope they don't get disappointed by Vetra. To be honest, I was being fairly tongue-in-cheek when I said that. I don't really think we're all there is, but it just feels a bit like it in this thread But anecdotally, it seems like there were always more gay guys than girls on BSN, and more bi women than bi men. I never visited any character thread (besides Cullen's occasionally), but I get that, since the Romance Thread feels similar. It's really nice to have a place to hang out and be yourself, with other similar people, which I don't get to do much in person. Small towns suck in some ways. Maybe we should poach some more people and bring them here  Not that I don't like who is here, mind Yes indeed! Very much looking forward to her Scottish accent. Having a voice you could listen to all day is certainly a great quality for a prospective romance option! Oh and I hope if Suvi is our f/f romance that it will be Cullen level quality or better. In all seriousness there were a lot of strange things going on when I did it. I was doing the romance through the perceptive of my character, naturally, but in some ways it was more relatable to try to view it through Cullen's eyes. And then I saw some of my girlfriend in her because I was RPing her character... it was all weird! But the main thing is that it was sweet and I enjoyed the romance aspect. No matter how much I tried I couldn't fully relate, and even though I like Cullen I can't find him attractive, so... it doesn't mean anything Though my girlfriend ceaselessly teases my about it  Since we're talking about it, this scene was amazing and I want something this good in ME:A: |

Mark Meer must have voiced half the alien species in the Mass Effect trilogy. Jennifer Hale also always finds her way into every BioWare game in some form or fashion. I'd be surprised if those two aren't used somewhere in the game. |

i liked samantha and steve a lot, i thought they were both cute, but yeah, the fact that they were made in CC is... not great. very telling. so i hope they don't do that route in andromeda. suvi and gil deserve as much love as the other romanceable options!

Personally, I've never been too bothered by the fact Traynor was made in the CC tool a opposed to being handcrafted nor the fact she wasn't a squadmate. I really only care about the quality and quantity of the content, and I've seen nothing that makes me worried in that regard. That being, said I wasn't exactly satisfied with Traynor in the base game, as their simply wasn't enough content, but as I've said before that's true about every romance not named Liara.
