No offence by the way it's just that after the bad news with Cora today Suvi is the only female option on the tempest it seems and I really like my sex scenes aha. She isn't though. There is PeeBee and Vetra, both of whom if not at least the former will have sex scenes. Honestly, I'll be fine with Suvi not having an explicit sex scene as long as there's no weird conversation where she talks about how she's "saving" herself for marriage.  It'll make me feel like I've been sent back to the 1950s. Yeah, because nobody does that anymore.  Human female. Yes I will romance Peebee in one play through but I've already had sex scenes with an Asari. With the last human romance all I got was fade to black. And Vetra.... I'm sorry I wasn't into Garrus I won't be into her... Turians are not sexy for me lol. |

Yes, in Dragon Age: Inquisition Dorian, Rainier, and Sera had their sex scenes be optional. Just never got around to trying out his romance tho. Trying to get him and IB to trigger was more effort than it was worth I found. Only did it once, never again. I really recommend his romance. *sigh* just like in life I guess, those straight girl crushes really stings, don't they.  Except it's worse IRL, so much worse.  I can totally empathise with this, actually. I've known more than one lesbian who I've found hot as hell. I think it's partly down to the fact that a higher percentage of you seem to be proudly geeky/unafraid to cut your hair short than straight women, two traits that are very attractive to me. If I weren't a happily married man I suspect that I would've had my heart broken a few times by now... Edit: I'm paranoid about coming across as some creepy letch, so just to be 100% clear, I am not the sort of man who fantasises about turning gay women straight. Ugh, no. If you're gay, you're gay. Talking of DAI romances, I preferred Sera's but of the female LIs I thought that Josephine's came in a close second. I found Cassandra's a disappointment as I love her character but felt that all it added was a cheesy poetry recital and a flash of boobs. I thought that her romantic side was more than adequately explored in the quest about Varric's book. Both Sera's and Josephine's romances added much more considerably to their stories and felt more worthwhile as a result.

The sexual lesbian option could always be off-ship like one of the m/m options are suspected to be. Plus Suvi could still be a lesbian romance, just a nonsexual one like how Solas was for straight female elves. I already lost my shit today with Cora. If Suvi the only female human romancbale on the ship is not sexual I'm just gonna jump off a building. Let the non sexual one be off ship on the nexus, or on a planet. If it's not Kallo already. Kallo is such a perfect opportunity to do an ace romance. It will be such a shame if they didn't make use of it. |

It'll make me feel like I've been sent back to the 1950s. I'd be pretty happy with something tasteful like Liara's scene in ME3 or Cullen's in DAI. Could never get into IB's kink romance, I tried, lord did I try.  Probably would have enjoyed it more if it was a female LI but I digress, I don't need explicit either but I'd still want a love scene. The saving herself for marriage would be fine but less on the virginity thing(I mean that is a sexist concept)and more the romantic side, although I want a really awkward scene or funny one. I have to say that a sex scene like Sera would be cool, that was the only thing I like about her character I did IB romance with another MaleQunari and some scenes were hilarious. I just headcanon it that they break the bed every time, that is why it is always a different bed (Josephine is probably mad at the bed budget). |

Well, it seems this place won't be as good a thread as I was hoping for. You're welcome. Good job. Unfortunately, as I said above it seems that those kinds of romances are not possible in this game, and instead it will be where either the romance being sexual is mandatory, or the romance is nonsexual/ambiguous. Unfortunately for me, this seems to be the former. Why do you thing that? I am asking honestly. Most of the participants liking the insulting posts gaycaravaggio made as well as all the sex talk. I worry this is merely a taste of what is to come. |
