I have so many builds I'm thinking of. - Freezing enemies and then using singularity to smash them in a group
- Mixing combat skills with pull & throw so I can use enemies as projectiles and human shields when I run low on ammo or my weapon overheats
- Building a stealth biotic with a sword, like the phantoms from ME3
The tech and biotic skills look amazing. Engineer, Sentinel and Vanguard were my favourite classes from the trilogy, and it looks as though it's possible to build a character that combines some of my favourite aspects of those classes. For my first playthrough though, I think I'll be experimenting alot, particularly in the beginning, trying to get the feel of the abilities and how they mesh with the squad, so I'm not sure what I'll eventually settle on.

Cryo and throw created a very satisfactory explosion when playing a Sentinel in ME3, so I'm hoping that the same can be done with cryo and singularity. Even if it doesn't work as I hope it will, we do at least know we'll be able to trap enemies in a singularity and then set them on fire.

Running around in cqc with shotgun and suitable melee weapon - either the vibroblade asari sword, bare hand biotic badassery or omni tool punch/backslap.
As a biotic, probably using Backlash a lot in combination with Sword or barehand as a mass effect style "Jedi knight", with other suitable powers like Pull.
Would have liked to see Shadow Strike in SP but I'm ok with that being MP exclusive.

I need to know how favorites work before I can answer this question.
I'ma just say this: if it works how I think it works, I'm pre-emptively drooling all over myself at the prospect of having: 1: medium-long distance setup 2: closing distance setup 3: close distance setup 4: escape setup

I'd also be interested in the powers available to squadmates, with the favourites it could be possible to build profiles around who is on your team, so you could always be sure of a good team dynamic.

Have you seen that shit in action! Its going to be fun as hell funneling a bunch of enemies just close enough together to use singularity on them and then Overload them all at once. Was thinking of using Invasion to weaken them first, then Singularity, then Overload and watch 'em all die in like 5 sec. Also can't wait for Singularity + Lance for tougher enemies. ONLY problem with singularity is that the cooldown is massive. 24 sec before offensive biotics and other cooldown modifiers.
