So, posting my character Minerva Amell

aside from the whole 'I have no emotion' face that most Wardens have, Mina is often quite expressive
she has a wide array of faces that go 'wait...whut?', mixed with 'I'm so bored I'm going to fall asleep' :lol:

I love that dead-ish face you get during the Joining, also the first time I actually got a good shot of it :rollseyes:

I love this shot :wub:

one of my favorite spots to take a screenshot (this is in Wilhelm's cellar before talking to Matthias)

please pay no heed to the dead darkspawn in the background :whistle:

I do like the tattoo on her forehead, which could easily represent the third eye. Perfect for a mage.

I went back and forth a few times deciding on a color, in the end I picked the one that matches her eye color

I wanted one that wasn't to big or distracting, so this one was perfect

oh btw, for those playing elves, a new mod released on the Nexus a few days ago containing a few nice hairstyles for elves (both male and female)

and I can confirm that both genders can use it, in the toolset it uses tattoo channel 4

I figured that with her newfound freedom as a Warden she'd try out a few new things (most on insistence from her friend Leliana :whistle:

)

at first I wanted to try a different style, but it obscured her tattoo, so I went with this one instead, and it looks great on her so I'm happy for that ^_^

What mods did you use?

I have the game installed for so long, I have to think about the mods

The outfit is the Dalish Master Scout from RogueLass - it is in one of her armor packages (I think the trading post or the swan song). The hair is one of the Look Hair! ones, but I don't know, what skin I used. I use the stronger skintone mod though, to make look darker skin more natural. All mods can be found at Nexus.

I used a preset from the Dalish preset mod (I think it's called Dalish pack) - it changes the faces of some of the Dalish characters and you can use them in the CC too. I used Lanayas face and tweaked it to my liking

made a few changes to her design, but I like her now

her warpaint is meant for during Origins only, so I'll be removing it at the end and maybe change her hairstyle before importing her to Awakening ^_^

then again, my own Cousland looks nothing like her parents at all :lol:

(I just head canon she looks like a deceased grandparent or something)

also it's funny how the game's character creator slightly changes the thing you make in the toolset

sometimes in the toolset you think 'oh this looks wonderful' then you import the morph into the game and what do you know...nose too big or too small, eyes shaped wonky...the list goes on :rollseyes:

(and then it's back to the toolset for yet another adjustment)

at any rate, I think she looks fine ^_^
