These are of a couple different wardens I've played in recent saves. I somehow got Narnia'd at camp. I don't recall how it even happened and I really hoped I could get unstuck as I had forgotten to save after whatever quest they just returned from.





This warden was tons of fun, especially when I finally reached the Deep Roads. Evie completely destroyed everything and I had an absolute ball. I had to laugh when Wynne said that bit about considering returning to the Circle when it was all done. I'm soooooo sure the Circle would welcome her back with open arms with all her blood magic and arcane warrior abilities.

This cultist got really fresh with Wynne, he stabbed her right in the ass!



I took Dog to the Caridin's Cross real quick so he could fetch the helmet. I wouldn't advise being surgically attached to your dog but think of how much faster you'd be able to run!

I wish I could remember what caused it now. Maybe it was the camp dance party mod. I was like "NOOOOOO I can't escape!" but I eventually got out and didn't have to go back to an earlier save point.

I just finished the Deep Roads and haven't done much traveling. I wonder if Tegrin's still on fire somewhere along the Gentle Path?

As it's late game and they just left Orzamaar there wasn't much opportunity to screencap a decent closeup. Besides, Lizzie's wearing ugly armor (Evon The Great + Wade's gloves and boots) so I like to leave her Fade Shroud on all the time. But here she is, I had Rock Armor activated as well as these were taken just before and after the Branka fight.




Then they went to Denerim and had a dance party because they were so freakin' happy to finally be out of Orzamaar. I didn't use the Deep Roads Shortcut this time because I love torturing myself.


Probably should have done this dance after Redcliffe. But yeah , here's Lizzie Amell.



I deleted all my old saves before, so I am playing one of each class and race with my preferred choices just in case I decide I want to play DA2 again and want to import them.

Yup, Tegrin's still on fire.

I eventually made it through with a new save file with each warden to eventually import into DA2. Well, my last one was Brosca, I'm still working through Awakening with her but I did each warden with my preferred choices so I can use them when I decide to play DA2 again.

After finishing them all (well mostly, I'm just really sick of Awakening and am crawling through that bit with Brosca) I decided to start a new warden and go crazy.

Sparkle Serana is her name. She doesn't get her nickname because she has a sparkling personality, it's because she's a bit of a psychopath and likes zapping everything with lightning and summoning storms. Or so that's what I'm planning on, friendly fire be damned. It makes me laugh when I wipe the entire party out with friendly fire. I just started her, and I plan on making her a BM/SH as I almost always play AWs and this time I feel like kicking back and causing as much destruction as I possibly can.

Psycho Sparkle arrives at Ostagar!


She's making friends already. As you can see, Leliana is very happy with the pair of ugly boots she was given. This is the first time I've ever felt wicked enough to equip them on her.


The boots go well with Sten's butterfly sword. I put Morrigan in the Chasind robes. Not that they look bad as far as robes go, but the hat sure looks stupid. Morrigan the Conehead! Mwahaha! Good times are going to be had by all. I can tell already!

Because I love torturing myself, I decided to hit Denerim and open up Haven for my first main quest. She wasn't in a rush to return to the Circle, after all. It wasn't too bad despite being at a low level, I had at least what I needed to get through it without too much difficulty. I'll go back for the dragon later.


Then I be-bopped around the map some before finally going to the Circle. I really wanted the fade bonuses, the arcane tome, the amazing staff,and the backpack so I went there for the second main quest. I had re-specced Leliana as a DW bard so she and Zevran were my stabby twins. I struggle a bit when I play as a mage and reach the templar areas because those fuckers want to holy smite me, which is why I only brought one mage, plus I didn't feel like listening to Wynne. While I don't necessarily dislike her, I wasn't in the mood to listen to her today so I have that mod that gives you the option to leave her behind without having to kill her.

My plan was to have Alistair draw the aggro and let those two stabbity stab them quickly enough to take them out. It did make extra work for me to micromanage and heal them as needed but it was much better than listening to Wynne the whole way through.

It did balance itself out in the end, because Sparkle mana clashed most of the abominations and blood mages before they even had a chance to get their weapons out.


When it got to the demon and bewitched templar, it took a reload to get it right. It felt like a gunfight at high noon, it was really all down to whether or not I got the spells out fast enough to cast crushing prison on the templar before he got the holy smite out, then mana clash the demon .

"Take that, stupid templar!" Thankfully, the second time I was quick enough to get those spells out so the stabbing machines could take out the undead.




Really not sure what Alistair was doing, but he somehow got one-shotted at the very start of the Uldred fight. Stabby twins to the rescue again!


It won't be too long before she'll be summoning storms of the century. I have tempest, will have blizzard on the next level up. Old Tegrin better watch himself! Oh right, going to get my free staff from Zathrian too. I like to go for the peaceful option for Nature Of The Beast but I really want Zathrian's staff so I just have to summon a storm on him at the Dalish camp and watch him drop, then grab his ring and staff and be on my merry way through the forest.

Shivanna Mahariel, Dalish Rogue

Shivana (f.) --> sweet sacrifice of duty.

She's kind of the "big sister" of the young elves, the one who urges caution and keeps them out of trouble. Which doesn't prevent her joining in the fun hunting and harrying shemlen thieves, though killing them still crosses a line.

Is nursing a quiet crush on Tamlen. Hothead or not, he's confident and strong and a good hunter, and he has these snapping eyes. Unfortunately he also can't take a hint to save his life. As if she'd join him on every hunt just because Marethari doesn't want him falling over his own traps. There has to be a way to make him take her more seriously. 

Since Mahariel's mother is from another clan, I decided that she should look distinctive. So I made her entire aesthetic a bit darker than you tend to see with Dalish elves.

So far as I know that particular Vallaslin hasn't been canonically connected to a particular elven god yet, and the Mythal pattern from Inquisition doesn't appear as an option in Origins. So I've decided that she venerates Mythal and it's just a variation of the brand local to Fereldan clans.

Motherhood, family and justice would be important virtues to small tightly-knit clans trying to keep up their numbers and stave off interpersonal conflicts that might endanger the collective, and Shivanna identifies pretty strongly as a cog in that process as she grew up without parents, having relied on the solidarity of the clan to afford her a life and a childhood for which she's grateful. Repaying that generosity by contributing and raising a child herself with the same dedication and kindness is a prospect that's been growing in her mind for a while.

She's a bow/dual dagger hybrid, starting fights off shooting from stealth and then drawing knives to go in for the kill. Think I'll make her a Ranger/Assassin, to have an extra tank soaking up the damage she won't be taking as an archer and because she isn't actually a very skilled fighter yet and will need Zevran's expert tutelage to really come into her own later.

On the Xbox 360, so obviously no mods or screenshot feature.
