I'm only worried about the story. Combat looks good. Characters will be fine, I mean if Bioware can't get that part right they might as well close down. The setting is interesting. So it really comes down to how it ties together in the narrative. Last few Bioware releases -- ME2, ME3, DA:I -- didn't impress with their plot.

That I'll care about the stories and characters. Not really concerned about bugs, I probably won't buy this about 2 or 3 weeks after release, hopefully by then they will be fixed.

Most worry is about S/S Romance and how Story of LGBTQ character. I hope we have spot on Squadmate and his/her story is not just some drama about his/her sexuality (Same to other LGBTQ character).
The second is Facial expression especially Their Eye. I have to admit that Tackle scene with PeeBee is Not Good.

That exploration and non-combat gameplay will be horrendous. Peebee's loyalty mission didn't look fun at all, I can't remember a mission from the trilogy that looked half as annoying as that did. The good old 'fight a little talk a little' wasn't there. Instead you get some extra banter they discussion the situation while you walk around without any close up dialogue. Is it already confirmed that there is no real dialogue outside the ship? Like in DAI?

At this point I have no real worries per se, I mean there are a few there are a few niggling concerns but nothing at this point makes me too concerned about the game.

hmm?... So your biggest worry is that Sara won't land her punches? Pretty sure she is just punching the air and letting the vibration hurt him so that he can't get her arrested for assault!

I worry about a great many things, but most of them are subjective. Overall, I worry that I will get a high production value game that's just meh to play.
Animations have been mentioned enough. As far as polish goes, I'm also not pleased with the low detail graphics on guns, especially obvious when paging through them in the combat briefing video, but I must have been the only one who thought that.
Furthermore, I'm not thrilled with the gameplay so far. The guns mostly feel and sound like pea shooters, and I really hope that even on higher difficulties, soldiers will be viable and effective when using guns to kill people, just as infiltrators should stay effective with cloaked sniper shots. If everyone has to use some sort of combo explosions in the end, we'd all just be differently colored adepts.
Story and characters. I dunno. So far, no character excites me in any way. During the build up to DAI's release, I was all excited to have Cassandra on my team, to get to know Dorian and Vivienne. Here? My feeling is something along the lines of "So... we're supposed to work together, eh? Hi, I guess." *awkward silence*
And I haven't seen a single interesting conversation so far. I hope the talk on the Tempest won't mostly consist of one liners and romance gossip while the fates of 20,000 colonists are at stake.
On the bright side, you still get the preorder items with the deluxe edition, so I can calmly wait for release day without preordering.

hmm?... I get it... so, like, she's just pretending to punch him for the sake of tricking someone, right? I mean, that's the only thing that can explain what we're seeing here. I mean this is something that video games should have over movies, isn't it? It's not like Sara has to worry about accidentally hurting the stunt double.

I am particularly concerned with direction that Bioware has taken their Franchises, especially since DAI. I don't like all of the emphasis that is being placed upon exploration and open-worldish content. The reason that I fell in love with the Mass Effect series (and other Bioware titles, while we're at it) has been their storylines and worldbuilding, choices (both big and small), characters, and dynamic and choice filled gameplay. I found DAI to be too large, to the point that the overly large zones drowned out the Main story content behind a bunch of useless filler side quests (made worse by the required Power/Influence levels to access additional Main Quests). While I enjoyed what was there in DAI, the game ended up feeling very empty and less dense as result. Furthermore, it seemed as though the choice filled, side quests from the previous games were completely abandoned and I didn't really enjoy what was left in its place. From the marketing of ME Andromeda, I am hopeful that they have learned their lesson. But still, these supposedly "massive planets" that take an hour to drive across and the crafting system are something that I am very nervous about, as I don't want to have to trek all over a planet or the galaxy map for a collectathon that I already don't want to do. Still excited for the game though!!

"Worried" is not exactly the case for me. I embrace the game as it is, even though it's already clear which parts are falling behind. Wonky animations? Stupid AI? Ugly characters? Dialogues written by a 12 years old? Whatever, I've waited too long to skip this game anyway.

You forgot the option for
-"Game has supposedly been in development since 2012, and we are now just a few weeks away from launch, and everything we've seen raises more concerns, be it facial expressions, animations, squadmate AI, enemy AI, complete and total lack of multiplayer footage, dialogue written by (or perhaps for) 12 year olds, and a plethora of excuses ranging from "it's a bug and we're fixing it" to "we are polishing that right now" to "that's an old review copy they were showing" and considering their previous three games have been failures in various respects (namely ME3, SWtoR, and DA:I), our concern is quickly turning into alarm, as this is EABioware's last chance to prove itself to many of us and it appears to be shuffling its feet because it knows the day of reckoning is soon approaching"
Add that and I'll vote

I have two worries.
First, that I won't be able to romance who I want to. Not a super big deal, but I'm kinda a dork for that stuff.
Second, that my computer won't be able to run it as well as I would like. It's getting kinda old.
The rest has me excited. I'm happy to be back in the Mass Effect universe. I'm looking forward to the new profile system. And I'm not really concerned about the animation issues because I've never seemed to notice them in games where people have complained about them before.

I'm not really worried, but if I had to choose one, it'd be the polishing. Animations will be wonky (welcome to Mass Effect!), but the bugs could ruin the experience for the first days if they haven't been smashed enough. I'm confident it won't be the case, though.

Mostly the story, and exploration (or lack thereof). I dislike JRPG's (which is basically what ME3 was -- I felt kind of dirty after playing it upon coming to that realization lol). ME1 had plenty of meaningful/interesting content outside of the main quest, ME2 had some -- so those felt more like traditional RPG's. Either way, I'm not making the mistake of pre-ordering anything from Bioware again -- after the first week I'll read the reviews and then decide if it's worth my time.

I don't mind some humour but DA:I really went overboard with 'bro' banter and snark and I'm a little worried ME:A will follow the same route and lose a lot the tone that made the original Mass Effect so good. One Garrus/Varric type is more than enough.

My main worries are the obvious bugs and polishing. Also that from what I have seen, it looks as thought it's targeted to a younger/teen audience.
Still looking forward to it though.
