I agree that it is not a game break bug, but doesn't ever happen to you that something in the game bothered you too much to just care about the game?
The example is the Dragon Age 2, map re-use. It feels like a cut down product. Metal Gear Solid the end part when re-do the same mission just with some limitation, it feel a punch in the face in Konami style.
And you know full price paying 50€ / 60€ it feels like something not worth buy as day one, because exactly it feels more like a commercial move than something made to make you enjoy.
For sure, most recent example for me was the settlement management and endless "a settlement needs your help" of Fallout 4. To date, I haven't finished that game, and I bought the vastly overpriced Pip-Boy edition. Just, a few janky animations aren't anywhere near a deal breaker for me.
I voted horrible. Because it is really in the middle between horrible and not so good, but unfortunately those dead pans eyes and lack of facial movement it really really affect me that I am not gonna buy the game when is gonna get out next week. Personally for me it is game breaking, it ruin the immersion that I have into love the characters and the story itself.

Sure. Combat is, as expected, perfectly decent, but it plays very differently than the trilogy due to the jetpack. A lot of cover options, but I ended up not using cover whatsoever other than to regenerate shields. Jump+hover combo while firing is basically all you need in combat. I would assume that's less effective on higher difficulties when they can just shoot you down from 100 to 0 in 2 seconds.
Storywise, I felt that there was some potential to the main storyline, assuming they can make something decent out of the Kett+Archon's motivations and what the Remnants are/were and why their technology is of such interest to the Archon. The Nexus+Habitat storyline didn't feel interesting at all, more like a list of chores. I feel it detracts from the Kett+Remnant storyline too much.
But I think, even if the Kett+Archon storyline turns out to be good, the Andromeda setting actually feels pointless because it's virtually indistinguishable from the Milky Way in every way. There's nothing Andromeda as a setting does for the story that the Milky Way couldn't also have done, besides, you know, avoiding the whole ending snafu. The Heleus Cluster could be set in the Milky Way, it's remoteness framed with the destruction of the Relays in the ME3 ending, and they wouldn't have to change anything else than dialogue.
Also irked the shit out of me that they have Quantum Entanglement Communicators literally EVERYWHERE (ME2 taught us QECs are expensive, complex and impractical for large scale communication networks), yet they didn't think to use the QEC technology to maintain contact with the Milky Way. There's absolutely no logical reason why they wouldn't, especially not when one of the stated goals of the Ai is to establish a route back to the Milky Way. Easily one of the most annoying plot holes I've encountered.
I feel the characters are surprisingly weak for a BioWare game, none of the characters really stand out in the hours I've played. I'd say Drack and Vetra have potential, but that's mostly because they feel like Wrex 2.0 and Easygoing Female Garrus, respectively. Liam is super obnoxious and Cora is just there. Peebee felt like a slightly less annoying Sera. Might be the lack of a cockney accent. Ironically, the most interesting character was probably the Archon, and he was on screen for like a minute. Oh, and SAM, for spoiler reasons.
Facial animations are just as bad as in marketing, and then some. Unique human characters like Ryder, Mr Dad and the human squadmates look much better than the CC-generated human characters, but human characters overall are animated pretty badly. Dead eyes, stiff expressions (Sara having a default smile when talking about sad events) and fish lips were ubiquitous.
As for the alien animations, turian eyelids are pretty wonky, when they blink the eyelids tend to clip and get stretched, otherwise their animations are decent. Salarians and krogan look just like in the trilogy, animation-wise, whereas asari characters suffer most of the same problems as the human characters, for obvious reasons.
And in the Eos open world area, it was mostly giant sections of nothingness with small areas of interest. Better than ME1's uncharted worlds, but not by a lot, to be honest. Kett and Remnant structures have a similar feel as the prefab buildings in ME1. Assuming the design doesn't change between areas and worlds, it's going to start feeling repetitive some hours into the game.
The open world aspect does make the missions feel less nuanced and more generic. I hope the rest of the game won't just be more of the same and that it will include missions closer to the main missions of the trilogy - perhaps not as linear (I would prefer multiple equally valid paths in each mission, sort of like in Deus Ex), but less desolate than the Eos experience.
Graphics-wise, discounting the CC-generated human faces, it actually looks pretty good. The power of Frostbite, I suppose. But really, the human faces look absolutely abysmal. I'm not even exaggerating when I say they might be worse than ME3's. Huge step down from the human faces in Inquisition, even.
Overall I think it's going to be a fairly okay game as a whole, but if they waste the potential of the Kett+Remnant storyline and set all main story missions in generic open world areas, I don't think it's going to be held in a very high regard compared to the trilogy.

I honestly think the bad animations are due to the inexperience of the Montreal team. It's probably going to be a grand, beautiful, buggy, weird, fun mess. Much like Assassins Creed Unity. And there will probably be some weird details or mechanics left out, but that's ok I guess coming from the Bioware B Team. Still looks great and I'm excited! I just hope the next one comes from their A team or they sell the IP to another studio. Imagine a Naughty Dog Mass Effect of PS5! Won't happen but still.
Side Note: is it even possible for their A Team in Edmonton to create patches that will overhaul the animations at this point?

I played the game and had a lot of fun. The animations are an improvement over the wooden performances of the past, despite a few wonky moments. The story is interesting and so are the characters. It was nice I got to play it for myself, so I don't have to rely on anyone else's opinion. Most of it here is hyperbole or trolling.
For Ryder however...it's like a full face expression is only being made by the mouth or the eyebrows while the rest of the face is just doing random idle animations. It's really offputting to see someone make a quizical remark but not move an eyebrow. Small things but very noticable when the camera is right up in their face.
