Because you need an app for everything nowadays.  Especially keeping track of your apps.

As far as i understand
- the Archives Site is available via PC/Browser
- the APEX HQ is Android only

Don't know the difference between the two though, because could not/have not logged in so far.

So because I don't have a smartphone I miss out on the HQ this time? Lovely

N7HQ always felt like reading a high school report card. "Oh, you haven't got Talon VIII yet, try improving" .
it was kind of useless to me , except for voyeurism " i wonder how is his/her manifest" .. only to find out it was made private.

For those of you who want to experience the new crash simulator MP HQ Android app and are not in Canada, Romania, Singapore, or Ireland, good news! You can sideload it using the APK file here.

I can confirm that is working on my phone in the U.S., well at least in between the crashes that occur approximately every 45 seconds. However, I was able to collect my strike teams and send them back out. Something to do until Tuesday, now that my trails up.

Warning: This is sideloading an app to circumvent the Playstore's time/county restrictions. It does not check to make sure your phone is compatible. It's unlikely it will do anything to damage your phone, but please know what your doing before you start messing with it.

As a Windows Phone user (slightly old Nokia Lumia 720) the restriction of this Apex HQ hurts me even more...

You're assuming they don't receive the game and console/PC as a gift...

In germany, u only get most smartphones that cheap, if you also sign a contract. Otherwise, U should double that at least and then u are stuck with nonames. Don´t believe me? Also, the notion that some1 not wanting to buy a smartphone only for financial reasons is ignorant.

If you aren't buying a smartphone just for the sake of not buying a smart phone, you don't get to complain about not having smartphone apps.

No need for a contract here, you can get pay as you go plans for 30 dollars a month for that 30 dollar phone, if you don't pay it you just get shut off, no overages, No contracts, no bullshit.

So you have two options, you're either too stubborn to buy one so you have zero wiggle room to complain about it (logically anyhow, there's always freedom of speech to yell as loud as you can), or you're claiming to be so excessively broke you're being gifted your gaming console/pc and Andromeda and everything else you need to play the game, as somebody else stated above.
