This too for me. I don't ever really think about it, because I never put myself in a position for it to affect me, but I know I could never do any of those cave tours or whatnot. The very idea of all that rock pressing down on me.... nope nope nope nope nope. I get incredibly panicky watching movies, like The Descent, where characters have to force themselves through tiny gaps in rock. Primordial vampire monsters are just icing on the shit cake.

Everyone, let me explain something. If you scare from something really dangerous it's not phobia. Like fearing tigers or sharks. You know you're finished if you confront one!
Interestingly I don't fear from heights when it's safe (behind a thick glass or elevator) or where a hill/mountain Slope is less than 55 degrees.

The very idea of all that rock pressing down on me.... nope nope nope nope nope. I get incredibly panicky watching movies, like The Descent, where characters have to force themselves through tiny gaps in rock. Primordial vampire monsters are just icing on the shit cake. It first manifested for me at a Crystal Castles rave in which a massive auditorium in San Francisco was so packed with writhing strangers , many of which were completely in their underwear, it was like sardines. Literally. You couldn't move, or lift an arm, or wriggle your shoulders because you were completely closed in on all sides by a solid mass of flesh. My ex best friend loves raves and I gradually grew distant from her because I was no longer fun to hang out with, because I started insisting I had to stay on the outermost fringes at raves. I also had a nervous breakdown at a horror theme park attraction which was designed as a purely psychological and minimalist experiment. There was no decor in this ride. It was simply a sort of maze in which you walk through tunnels of inflated walls of black cloth....the walls would be pressing in you from all sides, and then you'd have other people both behind and in front of you. I freaked out. I started pushing at the guy in front of me, desperate to reach the end and get the fuck out of the endless trap.

I have a mild fear of hornets/wasps. They are huge and make a horrible sound. I'm afraid to kill them because I could miss with the swatter and piss them off.
I have white-coat hypertension - my blood pressure skyrockets in the doctor's office. I hate being there. I'm sure nobody likes being at the doctor's office, but I legitimately start feeling sick when I get there, even if there's nothing wrong with me and it's just a checkup.
I wouldn't call myself a germaphobe (well, maybe) but I will not use a public washroom. If I go on a long trip, I will not eat. I don't starve myself, either, it's like my stomach recognizes I'm away from familiar bathrooms and flicks the hunger switch to 'off'.

I also have a problem with flying, stinging insects. Honey and bumble bees are fine, but hornets, wasps and yellow jackets have to be killed on sight. I also have a problem with confinement. I could be in a crowded elevator and be fine, but if I were locked inside a warehouse, I'd cut through a wall to get out.

For me it's heights. I fear heights respect gravity. Sometimes when I use the Order Picker forklift at work, I always feel like I'm one trip or slip from falling.
Other than that, Spiders at night when I'm walking down the street or if they're trying to Mission Impossible my bed as I've caught them trying to rappel down twice.

I really hate random people on the streets crash on me or specifically touch me (pointing at trains, buses and elevators). I'm fearful of germs, bacteria and Viruses. I've had a few infections in my eyes, throat and etc. in the last few years and I don't really want them happen again. SO I WASH MY HANDS A LOT. Also people say "BACTERIA IS GOOD FOR YOUR BODY" herp derp... and they justify being dirty for this. They don't know that viruses and other tiny micro organisms also can enter your body and screw your health. And it's not like we can kill all not-useful bacteria in our bodies easily. ^ in short I'm right.

Snakes. I grew up on a farm in an area where we regularly had snakes in the house; mostly tree and carpet pythons, but also king browns, which is one of the most venomous in the world. I have so many fucked up snake memories from my childhood, and have had recurring nightmares about them over the years. Even now, in my secure apartment in the frozen wasteland of Canada, when I hear my cats knocking stuff around, there's always a shot of immediate, knee-jerk terror that it's actually a snake. For that matter, sometimes I get freaked out even looking at my cat's face because his eyes remind me of snake eyes. Just. Can't. Also spiders, clowns, heights and to a lesser extent, doctors (or at least the whole going to the doctor experience. I will 100% die of something preventable because I was too terrified to go to a clinic, guarantee. ) Yep, snakes. If I had the ability and the means to do so from a distance, I would make them all extinct (for the record, I don't hate anything else to the point of wanting to extinct them, not even mosquitoes which are awful). I can't figure out what it is about them that makes me fear, but I always get this really evil vibe from them (says the car that doesn't believe in good and evil). I am so sorry for the hell that must of been for you I am also afraid of curtains, because I feel like someone could be on the other side and pull me through or stab me through them.

Ok, I have a phobia but I'm not sure what it is. I can't stand waiting rooms. Like waiting rooms in the hospital or the dentist.
It has absolutely nothing to do with the impending examination or surgery, I have no rational explanation for it. Its the sitting around having nothing to do in a small room with lots of people. I start to sweat, get really high blood pressure and I feel sick and uneasy in a matter of minutes. I feel similarly in a bus or train, buts its not nearly as bad as in waiting rooms.
No idea what it is, I do not suffer from claustrophobia, I do not suffer from social anxiety and I'm actually a patient person.

Heights. Even when watching movies my feet will feel weird when watching scenes involving heights. Probably one reason I am afraid of flying as well.
Here is another phobia: crustaceans. As a kid I spent a lot of time on beaches, and there were a lot of dead crabs. Also I used to have hermit crabs as pets during that time period. The way they died with their shriveled up bodies and bulging eyes is not a pleasant experience for a 8-10 year old.

Needles are terrifying to me for some reason. Whenever I get shots or blood work, even if I don't look when they are sticking it in me, I just get dizzy, hot, and end up throwing up afterwards. Quite a few times I ended up needing to lie on the floor for a few minutes afterwards.
