It this a place for pug builds?

One of my occasional pastimes is to look for interesting (read "odd") N7HQ's. Usually after a PUG piqued my interest. The one you posted is quite interesting!

1700 hrs and 68k challenge points, 12 Map Masteries but:

Has never completed Tech Mastery

Or any weapon mastery excepting AR (that done only once)

None of the Alien Masteries

0 extractions or waves with 28 of the kits

Guess he/she knows what they like and stick to it, and I'll take a wild guess that it is H Sentinel, and Asari Adept

Crap, wish I saw this before he talked shit on Fury a few days ago. This guy is the MP equivalent of people who dismiss non-game content because they didn't read it.

And either way, interesting/odd doesn't mean I'm disparaging. Like I just wrote in another thread "Let people play what they want to play"

A while back I played with another "newbie" playing a Huntress if I recall. We were only two when someone dropped and neither of us had an N7 above 20 (I like to make new accounts). I thought we were in trouble, but we managed to sweep through quite easily. I mentioned to them and they friended me. Turns out she was an experienced player also on a new account. And turns out, she near 100% of the time plays AF-less Fury (she didn't have Fury on this account yet, so obviously .... Huntress). She's quite good at that kit

ah, dissecting N7HQ. one of them favourite BSN pastimes.. thanks DD (too many Docs, i'm getting overhelmed) for the reminder, haven't done any in a while and we should have done that eariler.

So a few things to add...

on top of the lack of masteries/gold challenges other than enemy factions completed

- Solo Mastery, once (let me guess, Gold Kroguard vs Geth?)
- no Platinum solo
- camps Platinum on Giant/Giant Hazard

- Biotics powers use level, incompetent
- even the Singularity hasn't been done once yet saw him spewing some bullshit

edit: specs warp into 6B and stasis in 4A in more than occasion. lol

it does explain though well his comments on Disruptor Ammo, exactly what you'd hear from an incompetent pug

GI (done waves)
QFI (done waves)
Slayer
Destroyer

Ok this is genuinely fascinating. 1700 hours in, and he hasn't even touched maybe like 1/3 of the weapons or powers in the game, and maybe another 1/3 of the powers and weapons that he has used for maybe 1 game (e.g. he has 2000 of 50,000 points for Singularity challenge with 0 completions, a whopping 50 points with Dark Sphere and no completions).

I'm fully with you on people having every right to play how they like, even if its weird... but this is definitely one of the weird ones. Whatever floats your boat, I suppose! (but still.. just... weird)

I have already completed more masteries on my second account not even 400hrs in than he has at 1700hrs. I haven't finished a plat solo yet though :ph34r:

. Too scrubby methinks. Looks like I gonna have to use the bestestestest combo eva in the incendiary loltrivialyte HSent. :blush:

Oh so btw I randomly looked at evnltn's Challenges today after all this talk of looking at people's n7hq's- he has completed Platinum Solo Mastery over 500 times (!!!). And unless he's doing Silver and Bronze solos until his Solo Mastery resets and Plat solos count as Plat solos again, he's probably done significantly more than that that haven't been counted.

So no matter who you are, you're always a scrub compared to somebody else... And that somebody else happens to be evnltn.

Seriously though, is the incendiary glitch affected by power passives/amps? I always thought no, because the potency of the glitch is a result of warps armor weakening. ( I avoid that glitch as much as I can, also if I wanna cheese myself a bigger epeen, I go Disruptor/TBs all day :ph34r:

It doesn't matter (Inferno nades are different if I understand them correctly). Passive 5B would be useless if your main weapon is Acolyte, but even 5A makes no sense compared to 10% shields. Tech Armor 5A is rational for a non-melee class, 6A can be gotten behind because it sacrifices just 10% of DR for 30% recharge speed. What is funny is how hilariously this build misses the 1500 N threshold on Throw (by 30 N) and sacrificing DR for Tech Armor detonation.
