BioWare devs are some of the most unlikeable in the industry.

People who post a few frames long movie GIF outtakes with snarky quotes and smug faces as a part of the "argument" they're making should be prosecuted or shot on sight right away.

They could probably say the same about some posters on here.

You must have Eastern European computer and Internet connection to hate them so much.

with i7-6700k, 32 GB DDR4 RAM i don't have much of an issue, my potato 10 Mbit/s ADSL is up for the task.

Even If Witcher 3 had bigger budget, they still made appropriately bigger game AND STILL MANAGED to make a great story, great characters, fine animations, awesome open world, good graphics and it was not riddled with bugs. Witcher 3 is a big ass game, my first run took way over 150 hours to complete and I still had few minor hunt quests and such to finish. If Andromeda had same budget, I'm not so sure they would do a lot better than now. I've seen plenty of games with same budget or way lower and they made great games.

No one told Bioware how to make this game, it's their game and their decisions. It's totally their fault if they took wrong priorites, invested their resources and time inappropriately, aimed higher than they are capable etc... Higher ups should know what their team is capable of, what kiond of game they can do with this kind of money and what's the plan to make it so.

I don't believe budget should be an excuse for crappy game.

It's subjective, many not so open world offers more replay value like Team Fortress 2, Overwatch, DotA, LoL, CSGO.

ME3MP had enough replay value to keep players even after 5 years, only cost the price of of a regular ME3 copy because all the DLC were free.

Calm down buddy.

They're touchy, easily triggered and embarrassing and they like to cause internet drama over twitter, plus they hire people from cons or game-journalism sites that talk about "diversity" or "how games are sexist" because it fits into their canadian values. I don't blame em, I just feel increasingly that BioWare as a mindset is not for me. I don't hate things as diversity or respect for women (or awareness) but I find the excessive need to cry and preach about it on social media with your professional Twitter handles and furthermore putting preachiness into the games or just plain terrible writing like Sam Maggs's Suvi, is a slap in the face that kills my immersion.

Oh, and I triggered Aaryn Flynn by posting a sarcastic remark about how I thought the latest trailer at the time was deliberately cutting away whenever a character was about to speak just so they could draw attention away from the unfinished or plain bad animations. Then Flynn followed me and posted to my personal twitter messaging "Seriously, you don't know what you're talking about. Blablabla, please do us all a favor and stop spreading information", and I responded that I was still excited but I had my concerns and I don't think it's misinformation etc.

Which it isn't. It was just a sarcastic remark that, if you were a professional developer, you would've shrugged off or taken as a sign that your trailer wasn't the best or at the very least that the guy shitting on it was just a jerk which, admittedly I was, but I think Flynn from his "fuck off" tweet in the HeplerGate and his defensiveness towards the @masseffect marketing mistakes just don't help the situation. As I said, BioWare devs are too touchy and too easy to trigger. Good leaders have thicker skin and spend less time meandering about on Twitter.

Lol good luck to get 80 mill for your next project Bioware! Not Introspection for all the wrong decisions and stupid ideas in project design and resources management. But blame one of the most loyal fanbase 'toxic'. Ignore all the advantages by working with leading engine team DICE and enjoying one of the biggest digital problisher EA's marketing resources and access to massive talented in China. But blame CDPR has 80m budget.

A classical division of EA, no doubt.

Lol, they put off the animation alright in all demos. Once people finish their pre-orders, things start to go south.
