Why is every multiplayer game's player base a sauage fest?

IIRC, there was a survey showing that indeed more gryllz were playing vidyagaymes than sausages, but it also stated that only a fraction of them plays shooters or sportsgaymes. The majority plays gaymes like the sims or WoW.

This could just be me (I doubt it) but most of my human characters are male except the adept because I just felt like it. This is because every other character I play is female, Turian havoc, every asari, kineticist, Angara avenger etc. 4/5 untra rares are female. Besides the humans all I play are female characters, they are the best classes plain and simple. I enjoy the SI but that's about it as I find the kroguard super squishy. I like a balance so I balanced all the awesome female alien characters with some male humans. Some male alien kits I haven't even touched yet as they look weak and boring

99.9999% of the people a woman run into while gaming will just assume she is male unless told otherwise. And we never bother telling them because nobody should care. Also when you have someone claiming they're a woman too much it's always highly suspicious. It's most likely a dude or a case of serious attention thirst. It's just not proper to advertise your gender out of the blue.

Conclusion: you should start assuming half your pugs are women. It will change absolutely nothing but maybe it will make you feel less lonely.
