I think it`s more like Outlaw is far easier than other two factions. Remnants specialize in long range attacks, have small hit box... and they fly around so we cannot hit many of them with melee. Ketts... they stagger us with gatling gun, go into active cloak mode, have two armored units with Sync kills. Outlaw. They are joke. Sharp shooters do just about nothing, Hydra is slow and not aggressive.. and most units have huge hitbox and can get maimed by using melee attacks. Most importantly... Outlaw is consist of different ME races. It just makes them 100 times more fun than fighting other two douche factions. Interesting, While I agree Outlaw are the easiest at Bronze on Silver I find the Remnant easier. While the Hydra is easier to take down than a Destroyer. Just all the different armoured Outlaws spamming grenade Launchers, Fire grenades, Shield Drain, and Aegis is annoying. At least with Nullifiers (or Mufflers as ,my friend called them once) they are easier simple melee take downs. And even on silver if you shoot a Destroyer in the chest with a Cobra when it's charging its big gun, you'll kill it and blow the arms off any other destroyers next to it. So, yeah On silver I find Remnant just a bit easier than outlaw.

I don't mind the Kett as a faction, I like the challenge - however I do mind the ascendant's plot shield which I find very annoying, along with the sync kill (which is interuptable luckily). It would be better to replace him with the Exalted Krogen variant, as that will really put the need to keep moving on the players. Long range accuracy of the Devoted and the cloak shotgun should be reduced a bit though, but otherwise I find them in a good spot.

A few quick Proposals. Ascendant. -increase health of the ascendant by 150% -reduce health of the orb by 50% -Allow the ascendant to still use his basic laser attack without the orb -delay before summoning a new orb increased (15-20 seconds?) -Reduce either the size, or strength of the ball attack (kek) -Delay between teleportation and attacking (1-3 seconds?)
Goal is to make the ascendant more manageable in a piecemeal way, you break the orb and fight him for a while while he fights back, and taking his health instead of killing the orb being his main health pool. It's really annoying to have to burst down a rather fragile enemy after all the effort you put into smashing that orb 5 times.
Fiend. -no longer instant kills, more like the hydra which does a ton of damage, but can be revived, and maybe even survive. -obvious fixes. -reduce movement speed when within 10m of players. Increase it when more than 20m from players
The fiend is really difficult to deal with because of his instant kill threat, fixing it and making it less overly punishing would make him more manageable. But to compensate I want to adjust his movement so he remains a threat, always just on your heels, forcing you to stay ahead of him, but allowing him to not get left behind, without being unmanageable.

is it just me or has bioware been playing with unit speed settings?
I played outlaw a few times early on and they always moved slower now there bouncing around the map like a toddler high on E numbers, and the pariah who was already fast is moving so fast she's practically untouchable.....
the Kett are off balance more because of cloaking than anything else, when cloaked they don't show up on the radar unless you already saw them, and the fiend teleport travels around the map more so than running and punching things, although he's pretty easy to kill if you can get an angle to shoot his underside or the orange patches on his flanks (very similar to the hunters in halo in that regard) the biggest problem though has to be reload times and small clip sizes on all the underpowered guns

tl;dr just replying to OP question:
No. The other factions are too easy, specifically Outlaws are a joke. I'd prefer Kett staying as they are. Maybe I would just slightly nerf the shields on some of them a bit, but that's me talking with trash manifest, wait until we all have lvl X/lvl 4 consumables equipped.
It's just other factions are too easy.

But the Hydra has a choke slam! I got choke slammed by the Hydra for the first time yesterday. It was awesome. Also didn't sync kill me. I got up and groin punched him. Ha ha yeah. It's not a sync kill (but it ignores shield gate so it can be deadly on low shields). But all of a sudden your game goes from pew pew pew in space to WWE.

If not for the instakills the fiend and ascendent get, with silently stalking you, instaporting to you, grabbing you from across the map or through solid walls and such, they would be fine. As they have those abilities currently however, they are overly difficult to a cheap level.

Key to beating wave 6 upload vs kett is pretty much to have whoever gets the fiend aggro'd walk him around the map around from the uploads and then have the other 3 spread out. Other than teleport grabs being tweaked I don't think kett should recieve any other nerfs, gold should be a challenge. Upload should be tweaked though as upload vs kett can be pretty dumb if your teammates aren't being smart. Either do sometthing like enemies being on the point slowing it down by a certain % based on how many enemies are on the point (say 25% slower for 1, 50 with 2, 75% with 3, 100% stopped with 4+, maybe), or stop the decay when you step off. They better coulour code the circle red then or no casul will realize what's going on.

How do you interrupt that sync kill? Or do you mean that an alert and ready team can destroy the orb? Anyways, the most unreasonably difficult thing I have seen is the crashing.

Slowing down the Fiend and Anointed would help a lot, and do something to fix the instaport issues with Ascendants and Fiends.
A bit off-topic, but most indicators are hard to notice. During the ABC uploads, sometimes I am not sure which one I am currently on. You will have to look up to see the badge. Also during the Eliminate Target objective, the over-head indicator makes it difficult to identify the right target when there are 2 or more enemies around the target. In ME3 the indicator was on the center of their mesh which made easier identification.
And of course when playing against outlaws there were instances where I emptied a whole clip on a team-mate thinking that he was the enemy.
