Okay, I Take It Back (Vanguard OP)

Gonna go full old man in bathrobe shouting at kids to get off the lawn -

Couldn't be bothered to read past the first page, so someone may have said this already, but unless you ever tried to land headshots with a Javelin in a game with a novaguard, you have no room to bitch about vanguards making your life difficult.

5 yrs later and still whining about vanguards? I'll take a team full of them, over the infiltrators I come across that do nothing but camp, even on objective waves. Actually its not just infiltrators lately, but it happens far 2 often.

If the others are contributing to kills and objectives, it doesnt matter wtf class they are using, as long as we extract. The best and fastest gold rds Ive had were my asari adept, kroguard, human vanguard and kineticist. Nonstop explosions and extraction in 15 minutes. Those vanguards speed it up.... faster xp and credits is welcome on my team anytime.

Heh, if they want to carry me to victory that's fine. I have no problem with Vanguards.

Exactly the only time I'm ever b****ing about score is when people in the match by Extraction have like 4-5K points and I'm usually just like "what the f*** were they doing all game?"

Most games you usually have 2 people with close to or a little over 20K a guy with like 10-13k and the last guy usually with like 8-10K, only time I've ever broken 30K in a match was when everyone but me crashed on wave 3 and I had to do all 4 disables solo and this was pre-patch and no one joined again until there were only like 4 enemies remaining on wave 5.

Generally either top score or second top every game and if I'm not I'm not complaining I'm going "man these guys are good"

Personally, I'm fine with Vanguards so long as they know what they are doing. Nothing worse than a novaguard who just flies facefirst into trouble and gets stomped everytime.

Had to kick a level 1 last night just because everyone else that came into the lobby jumped as soon as they saw him. I let it ride for almost 15 minutes hoping someone with your attitude would join, but no luck.

I'll be happy to adopt that attitude once I've grinded my way to unlocking a Kineticist at rank X, which might take a while and quite a few hundreds of millions of credits..

At the moment every credit counts and I want to maximise my "income" in game.

Nope, however my spite for them and Krogran from ME3 has carried over, as always I seem them drop dead alot and as an Infiltrator I find myself picking the damn things up too much. Often tempted to kick them from lobbies however they are not nearly as bad as they were in ME3.

Thought I was in the ME3 MP forums for a second. Replace some passives and such with Nova and that pretty much is how non-biotic primers felt about playing with a novaguard, lol. I personally don't mind 'em. I've always enjoyed close-quarters kits like krogan/vorcha/batarian soldier/vanguards/some sentinels etc. from then.

Now I like the krogan and vanguards but not much else. Human Soldier's nice as well so long as I don't have a pea-shooter(which unfortunately is the case for most full auto weapons).

Its a team effort, so long as they know what they are doing and they don't end up as a liability for the team, then I have no problem with a vanguard.

Now, back in ME3, more often then not vanguards were like a moth to a flame, and usually were the first person to bleed out.  I would often leave lobbies containing 2+ vanguards, because I found them to be the rarest extractions.  So, for the time being in MEA, I am happy with the vanguards getting a buff.

Score = xp. So the more everyone has the more we all share.
