Slowly ooching closer to level 70. Just did bounties today, all on hard level, but it's still taking forever. I'm now at 66.
I've decided this game is the ultimate troll. I finally got Izual to drop the recipe for the Staff of Herding, but of course all the ingredients I have for it are in the stash for my regular characters. And never the twain shall meet. Yup, this game loves to troll *Menagerist Goblins hunt flashbacks*

My character, selfish and ruthless who began the game by killing, robbing, threatening people, angry and wounded man, having easily adopted the ruthlessness of the New Commonwealth, contrary to what he was in the past, is now slowly changing his mind. He decided to help the idealist Preston, a goody two shoes he used to dislike very easily. That stupid dreamer, exactly like Curie or Piper, thought it was possible to bring back order and good in the Commonwealth, dreaming of a better world. According to him, it just needed men of action, selfless and determined. A belief that made Lorth laugh loudly in the past, cynical. Now, he is ready to help that pushy guy and the " Minutemen, " just curious to see where it goes. You never know. Curie very appreciated that, Cait much less. So after helping some farmers together, Preston during an important meeting thought it was time to take back the castle the Minutemen lost centuries ago, so they could have a headquarter for their organization growing. Their most difficult mission. They had to kill a terrible beast. It took all the day. A lot of bullets fired for the love of god. That son of a bitch didn't want to die, so it was time to use the big means, with a missile launcher. ... Not very effective though, the beast's carapace easily bore the bulk of the damage. The Mirelurk Queen very moving, fast and very dangerous with its acid launched toward its ennemies that poisoned and killed immediately, the strategy was therefore to break its legs through intense cross fire, to immobilize it. This done, it remained only to dedicate relentlessly to shoot him in all the uncovered parts of its body. After hours of fighting, that fucking beast finally died. That was a hell of a fight. The castle was finally taken back. Today was a great day for the Minutemen.

Went to war with the cylons in BSG Deadlock. Don't have any battle stars on the feild yet, but I do have 4 fleets out there. One for each solar system. I like how they upped the fleet cap to 4k for the start. Makes fielding fleets in the start easier. I have unlocked the Viper Mk II's, torpedos, and the missile boat. I just don't have the req points to unlock the first battle star yet.
But man I want to get some battle stars on the go.

Watching Life Is Strange 2 ep 1 gameplay. Not sure whether it's a cop out because the setting went to the original zone in LIS 1 at the end. I felt no empathy for the chars during a supposedly moving scene but then, it's a situation one is familiar with where the supernatural is concerned and it's predictable. I don't see anything super new brought to the supernatural table nor the circumstances the chars are in. Doubt I'll be getting this game. Maybe this isn't the right thread to ask but... how cheesy is it compared to the previous game? What I READ about the ham-fisted political statements sounded god-awful. I liked the first game overall quite a bit but it was about as cheesy as I can handle. The first couple of hours I thought it was cringy as hell. Then I started to feel engaged despite myself and warmed to the sentimental but very effective narrative. It was a super naive but somehow moving story. The plot was meh but they got the friendship right. Now I wonder if LIS2 can be good too if one ignored the apparent caricature of America from a European perspective. Maybe I should watch the first episode on YT myself...

Tonight Lara stalked in the stalks: But without someone telling me to "OPEN THAT DOOR! SHOOT THAT TANK!". In fact the scripted mudslide bit made it feel really like COD. Then we entered a cave: Surprisingly easy fight. Wrapped it all of with a small crypt I had missed. Next time: The Point of No Return!

Probably just had my 'game of the year' for my franchise in Madden. 48-45 Patriots. Brady and Rothlesburger just went absolutley off on one another. Brady threw for 470 ish yards and six touchdowns, but was picked off twice and sacked twice. Brandin Cooks led the recieving attack with eight catches for 108 yards though Fitgerald contributed with three recieving touchdowns and Ryder had 2 touchdowns recieving. Rounding things out Hogan also contributed with a TD. Lewis didn't have a great game either which was unfortunate but somehow he is over 1000 yards rushing for the season.
And maybe ironically enough I don't know if I will take a 'break' from my franchise or how long it will last but I am thinking about jumping around maybe getting back to GRW for a bit for my 'light' game while I work through FC 4 still.

Made it to level 70 with my hardcore wizard. Two pcs of Tal'Rasha's armor received as reward. Now, for chapter 3. I actually only need 3 more req'ts to complete it, but they are all the combat ones. Ghom, Skeleton King, and Rift, all at Master level difficulty. Which I've never played before at all. I thought I was doing good to tiptoe into Expert for chapter 2.

And those thoughts have nothing to do with the supernatural. The disbelief kept right on thereafter. The dialogue and VA isn't that great either. I suggest watching the first ep and make your judgement call.

I actually ended up buying FFXV: Windows Edition after finishing the demo. There's some sort of collaboration going on with Tomb Raider and Lara Croft has decided to make some random ass appearances in photos . She's like the Mysterious Stranger from Fallout... although she just photobombs.

Completed seasonal ch 3 with my wizard. I looked up build ideas/recommendations for higher difficulties and made a couple changes to my loadout. Not surprising that Disintegrate was a constant for damage dealing. It's up there with my favorite DA powers ever: Mana Clash, Crushing Prison, and Static Cage. Now I think I'll 'relax' a bit and do some Greater Rifts, but lower the difficulty back to Hard.

Still on P3P: I had a sexy but embarassing moment with Akihiro in an alternate hotel for couples! I survived the exams, and (I hope!) Jumpei jelously in my fighting abilities. Beach time with always Akihiro in a...unknowingly compromising position The story is becaming complicated, and the dream kid is always creepy (just like most of the english dubbing. I'd kill to have the original japanese on!). Still very fun!

Ghost Recon Wildlands was the best value c.$20 I've spent on a game. Completing the story, clearing 21 provinces and collectibles to 100%, good times. And the story was interesting enough to pull through some filler, but even the filler was open to random muck-ups to make them interesting. The reason I missed it was due to it launching 14 days before Mass Effect Andromeda, so my attention was elsewhere.

WoW Battle for Azeroth. Same old, farming all kind of stuff. I take it slow with farming items for auction house, since for now BlizzCon Virtual Ticket items are huge disappointment, especially WoW items. Still waiting to see what they have to offer for Diablo 3 before I make my final decision about buying it. In a meantime, Brewfest's on, I found strange booze and drunk it. Don't drink strange booze kids, you start to see things. Diablo 3. Bouties and rifts. Got my wizard to lvl70 and completed chapter 2 and chapter 3. I also checked what Conquests are up this season and boy, Avarice is up. It requires to reach 50,000,000 gold streak and it is perfect with double bounty rewards, since one of the ways to get it is to acumulate bounty rewards and then open them at once with gold multiplying items. Guess I'll be doing this one for sure I'm also keeping up with Hearthstone and MARVEL Future Fight on my phone whenever I'm bored (or wait in dungeon queue in WoW for 30+ minutes... but well, I chose dps life myself).

After playing The Division I was sorely tempted to play it but like you I was waiting for MEA which has consumed me since except for a pause to play AC Origins and then a re-run of MET and DA2. I a m still tempted to play it especially after colfoley played and wrote about it as well but I suspect Odyssey is going to consume a lot of my time in the near future, so it will have to wait a bit longer. I am not good at the multiple game playing thing.

That moment when you accidentally pick up your crush and sling them over your shoulder, then awkwardly have to put them down since they are not in the mood for that thing. So yeah, loaded up Dragon's Dogma to check if it had a photomode, since the thread for that game sometimes has some cool pictures with the logo and stuff. There is kind of, but it mostly just stops the game so you can rotate the camera. But did make a lady whose face I liked and got her all the way to Gran Soren. I seem to maybe have gotten a bit good since the trek to the city wasn't that bad and I only died once during the session. Or well, twice, since I got swallowed by a snake at one point and he presumably would have gotten to digest my toon if it wasn't for that pesky reload button. Otherwise it was just a lot of goblin killing, holding people still so my friends could hit them and opening all the chests! (Well, all I could find, there is a ridiculous amount of them hidden in the game). A picture of the face because I can. I do like it when games have the option of having different colored eyes. And scars, so many scars.

Took my first trip to Whimsydale in Diablo 3. Wheee! I think I netted about 2m gold between the coin drops and all the loot I lugged back to sell (I made several trips ). Finished a level 6 greater rift - I'm slowly working my way up the ladder. Haven't seen a dramatic difficulty spike yet but I'm sure I will eventually. Still not sure about the chapter 4 combat req'ts. We'll see how I keep managing as I increase the GR levels.

Fallout 4. Sealed the deal with Cait. We're a couple, she really appreciated becoming drug free after doing her personal quest. At level 30 something right now and haven't even bothered to find Dick Tracy to further the main quest. Heard Nuka World calling me and that's where we're at. Bringing a knife to a gun fight? Obviously you don't need your head, it wasn't doing anything for you any way. Come on lil buddy, I got ya.
