Does anyone know if I can start my Alexios PT in a NG+ if he isn't max level? You can. You just need to have completed the main story in order to use NG+.

Does anyone know if I can start my Alexios PT in a NG+ if he isn't max level? I can't see any reason why not, the game I believe uses whatever save you tell it so it shouldn't matter what level you are. <iframe width="23.96" height="2.78" id="MoatPxIOPT0_11353107" scrolling="no" style="border-style: none; left: 15px; top: -5px; width: 23.96px; height: 2.78px; position: absolute; z-index: -9999;"></iframe> <iframe width="23.96" height="2.78" id="MoatPxIOPT0_81891272" scrolling="no" style="border-style: none; left: 1138px; top: -5px; width: 23.96px; height: 2.78px; position: absolute; z-index: -9999;"></iframe> <iframe width="23.96" height="2.78" id="MoatPxIOPT0_35062876" scrolling="no" style="border-style: none; left: 15px; top: 80px; width: 23.96px; height: 2.78px; position: absolute; z-index: -9999;"></iframe> <iframe width="23.96" height="2.78" id="MoatPxIOPT0_43755848" scrolling="no" style="border-style: none; left: 1138px; top: 80px; width: 23.96px; height: 2.78px; position: absolute; z-index: -9999;"></iframe>

Out of curiosity, what would you all say is the correct order of the games in terms of modern day story? The times the games themselves take place in is easy to figure out but was curious about the mega story that connects them all together ie modern. I somehow missed your question. I’m sure others have answered it pretty adequately by now. The simplest answer is that they progress in the order of release. There are a few mixed in that don't do much with the modern story; but, generally speaking, each major console/PC release built upon the game before.

I’m bored and in the mood to ramble on about this series.
Aside from one major misstep, they did a surprisingly good job making Odyssey into an RPG. We BioWare vets can be pretty demanding with our RPG-expectations; but Odyssey featured far more choice and player agency than I’d expected. It also did it without being too terribly awkward. Most of the silly moments were silly with a tongue-in-cheek self awareness. I was pleasantly surprised.
Anyone have any wishes for the next game? My strongest wish is a two-parter, I guess. First, I’d like to see the Assassin v Templar story placed front and center. Call the groups whatever you wish, but I want their struggle to be the primary focus of the game. I miss the Templars. Secondly, if this is to be an RPG, let us pick our side. It’s been a while since we’ve had sympathetic Templars, but they do exist. I’d love to have the option to choose order (Order?) over freedom. As Sean Hastings once said, “We aren't the good guys... We kill people.” It gets mildly tedious seeing the story told from the same perspective, time after time.
I can’t rightly expect two different games, a la TW2, depending upon our choice. What they could do, though, is push that ultimate choice toward the end of the game. The vague prerelease talk around Black Flag implied that Edward would have significant dalliances with both groups before making a choice. While it didn’t quite play out that way (though it was still great), the idea remains a cool one. Alternatively, assuming an earlier chance to pick an affiliation, they could simply reframe some core missions throughout the game, depending upon our choice. A few affiliation-specific missions would be fun. This latter idea may be way too resource intensive for an already huge production, but it would be a lot of fun.
If we remain in an ancient era for the next game, let us see a more compelling side of the Order of the Ancients. If we move forward in time, give us some compelling Templars. Give me reasons to like them, or at least understand them. Give me more nuanced reasons to oppose them than baby-killing and lust for personal power. Let us make the most obvious choice a player could make in an AC RPG: Assassin or Templar?

The game is just too damn big for that. It would probably double my playtime. There are some areas in which I tend to travel afoot more than others. (This is usually when target areas are within a few hundred meters of one another.) The whole game, though? dazk, you’re mad!

Bah, you can do both of those from horseback. 😉 I do appreciate the small details all the more when I’m traveling more slowly on foot. These games have incredible details that 99% of gamers likely never notice or understand.

It's scenes like this I worry about missing if I use the horse because I'd mostly stick to the road or be too busy trying not to crash into trees etc. You also get some fun surprises, I was doing the first quest with Myrinne and had to meet her somewhere and so was running through the forest and after climbing a cliff found her just standing there at the top looking out at the view. It was nowhere near the quest marker I was supposed to meet her at.

I think I did a good mix with Alexios. There was times I would go out on the horse because I wanted to hurry to an objective but also other times I'd go cross country for reasons.

Sometimes it's quicker to go on foot than it is to ride Phobos.

I really only used the horse to chase down mercenaries or if an NPC was on a horse. In Origins I used the horse more simply because of the distances and terrain.

Or is it meant to happen and wasn't coincidence? I’ll block this due to story spoilers. I wondered if this happened during the story arc in Arkadia in which you meet up with Myrrhine and Brasidas. She isn’t at the marked meeting point, where we encounter a mercenary instead. Brasidas has hired him as an extra layer of security, but the merc instead chooses to go for the bounty on your heads. I wondered if you accidentally went straight to Myrrhine at her actual location, completely bypassing this merc at the marked site.

When I ran into her it didn't have any effect she just spouted a comment but yes the random meet up was before I went to see the Merc that was hired at the actual meeting point.

So I tried picking up where I left Syndicate. I'm flummoxed by the parkour. I can't climb where I pleased? I was very annoyed, wtf wtf? I want to climb up here (there're windows and doors), not go around buildings looking where I can climb.
I failed a quest where I have to kidnap a target. He saw me and ran away. I chased, tackled, carried him and it turned out to be a bad move. A bobby saw me and I was KO. When the game came back again, I couldn't do the quest. It has disappeared. So every sidequest is a one shot? Fail and it disappear? If so, I'm not playing this.

I think my game is glitched. After doing the sequence 4 quest Origin of Syrup and finding the name of the doc distributing it to patients at the asylum, I'm left with no marker to continue this quest line.
Does the end quest appear later? Right now I don't know what to do with Jacob except to clear the zone up north.

Obsidian Gryphon I think Helix glitches just give you some garbled entries in the codex thingy, so unless you like to read garble, they are fairly pointless for anything than being shiny. Have you done all of Evie's main quests for that chapter?

Have you done all of Evie's main quests for that chapter? I've to do Evie's quest? I picked one up on the train. Also, can I switch weapons during a fight? I'm getting quite fedup that nothing happens when I try to switch to the pistol. Is the weapon of choice stuck during combat until the protag is out of it? P.S. Is it a main quest? I don't think it is. Evvie has to look into a stalker for Agnes. I've switched to Evie once I picked it up but I'm holding off on it since I want the clear the zone first. However, this means that I cannot fast travel anywhere. Got real fedup of the bobbies. Saw two after a mob came looking for a fight; they were right behind him. I went straight for them. Get lost.
