Mine's barely upgraded, so I haven't really noticed the difference. They seem to handle about the same. Right now I miss the Jackdaw's upgraded cannons.
The Morrigan is just better than the Jackdaw period. She's quicker, more manueverable, has more weapons, and her weapons are better (for example able to fire two volleys of side cannons per shot once upgraded enough).

I figure that's enough aimless wandering for now. Better start meandering back to the main questline.
*sigh* Time to get blacklisted by PETA... again.
LOL
Yeah I felt kind of bad hunting the whales in particular but yeah there was a fair bit of outrage at the time Black Flag was released over the animal hunting.
In ACOD I am in need of leather ATM so I slaughtered hundreds of deer yesterday, now sure why they make that so necessary TBH, they could just give more reward for less slaughter. At least with a lot of cash now I can buy any resources I come across at the blacksmiths.

Yeah, I'm not surprised. On top of which, the game's like - Kill 2 humpback whales and a fluffy bunny for... a belt pouch.

Yeah, these games have weird economies based around "engagement".

Anyone know if there is an engraving that reduces or stops Adrenaline being drained?
I don't know off the top of my head. Is this for those guards who can drain your Adrenaline in the Atlantis DLC?
Yeah I totally forgot about them and in Elysium I suddenly looked down and was like WTF I have no Adrenaline!!!!
I think I'll visit Hyphaestos Forge and see if he has one for sale.
I wish you could apply any engraving to any piece of gear, struggling to find an engraving I want for the boots/shoes and am stuck with a bow one and I rarely use the bow.

So in Odyssey started tracking down the few remaining Ostraka I don't have and found two straight off the bat which was great but have now discovered an issue. I previously found two that were not ticked as collected in the list but when I went to their location they were visible but I was not able to interact with them. One was Sweet Tooth and another was something about Centaurs and a pond. As I said I found two straight away that were not ticked but was able to collect them but then the next two were all lying where they were supposed to be so visible but no interaction was possible.
I thought maybe I had to clear the site of enemies so did that but they still weren't able to be interacted with and are still in the inventory as not collected. The two were Odour in The Court and Goats Gruff and it appears I have the engravings available and it is an issue on the Ubi forums that said it would be patched over a year ago.
Anyone else encounter this issue? Only thing I can think is that I maybe bought the engraving from Hephaistos Forge before getting the Ostraka.

I made a thread in the AC: Valhalla section, aksing them to make a toggle that would let me hide undiscovered POIs on the map and the compass because I think they really take away from exploration gameplay. I response, another User made me aware of the fact that there are mods on Nexus for both Origins and Odyssey that allow you to hide any hud icon individually. Obviously, I thought that was fantastic. About a week later, another guy made a similar thread about exploration gameplay and less handholding. I posted there and also recommended the mods. 2 minutes later, my posts were deleted and I got a PM from an admin, letting me know that if I make another post where I promote mods, I'll be banned.
Ok, forum rules and whatever, I get it. But that was very quick. Ubisoft should really lighten up on mods for their SP games. I guess they are afraid that they wouldn't sell their stupid XP boosters anymore but seriously, what kind of gamer who is far enough into the whole thing to care about mods would ever buy that crap anyway?

Just not cool to beat down mods like that.
Bethesda aside - who have some "client facing" issues of their own, I understand - does any major publisher openly support mods? Or things that might make them look bad on their own official forums? Even the "Real Gamer Darling" CDPR prohibited people from talking about TW3's graphical downgrade from one of their presentations to release.
Having said all that - that's a pretty shitty stance to take.

Wow I don't frequent the Ubi forums much anymore they people are just not very nice for the most part and the mods are rude and/or useless for the most part.
