No, what i meant, is the images portraits female Warden Amell and Cullen, not a Female Inquisitor, kind of an irony from where all started in the first place. And i used Superhik quote and Cmoe later reaction as an inspiration. Superhik: "Cullen may have something with Inquisitor(ess), but in his heart of hearts, we all know he'll always love that mage apprentice" Cmoe reaction: So i thought it would be funny. Since playing DAO in PS3 when it came out, and i was even more little (age) than i am now, my dog has always been named Sam in every playthrough. (i know a very typical name, but i like it) I didn't even realize that this was Amel due to the Inqisition outfits. I'm guessing Cmoe reacted more to the phrase that he's still in love with Amel by DAI because it would be a damn long time for someone to be hung up about someone else. He can seriously move on ten years later. In any case, if people want him in DAO or DA2, it doesn't elicit a 'no way' reaction from me. That being said, I did not want Cullen to be a romance option in DAO or DA2. He was psychologically damaged and any relationship most likely would have turned out very badly. Cullen sensed it because in Inquisition he claims that he was not a nice person and avoided making any personal attachments. In fact, he wanted to protect his family from himself too because he didn't write to his sister about being assigned to Kirkwall. She found him and sent him an outraged letter about two or three years later. I really like him in Inquisition. In terms of DAO, before he got tortured by demons I thought he was cute with Amel and that scene where he runs away is funny. In Inq I still like the fact that he's a shy guy and the awkwardness is still cute/amusing.

Had he avoided Uldred experience, Cullen may have ended up in Thrask's shoes as he was sympathetic towards the mages prior to the experience.

Well funny to me, probably not funny to normal people. adonniel pretty much covered my reasoning. In my canon world state there was never a female Amell at the circle anyway. I actually thought the picture you linked was adorable.

Hey guys, I wonder if anyone here can help me with Perserverence. I'm thinking about telling Cullen to take lyrium "for now", but I also want him to have a happy ending. Does anyone know what his Trespasser epilogue will be if I tell him to take lyrium and then say that we'll find a "better way" after it's all over? Wiki wasn't helpful. I could have sworn I did this in my very first playthrough and his Trespasser slides were pretty good, but it's been at least a year and I'm not 100% sure. Thanks in advance!

Unfortunately, Perseverance is where you decide if he dies from Lyrium addiction in the Trespasser slides or not. You could have had talked to him before that quest and told him to take it, and then with that quest tell him to stop. But yes, it is your last chance to save his life.

If you tell him to take lyrium only until Corypheus is defeated and that there has to be a better way, his Trespasser slides are the same as if you tell him not to take lyrium. I think the game assumes he stop taking lyrium in those two years gap. I did that with my templar inquisitor that kept the inquisition as a peacekeeping role under the Divine in Trespasser, and this was the dialogues and slides i got:

In my opinion there should never have been that middle option - this pink unicorn, candy cane on a stick crap, so sickeningly sweet it makes teeth rot, of offering Cullen to use lyrium temporarily. Grab the best of everything without getting any lash-back. The Commander gets to be at 150% efficiency and he hops right back onto his feet with the 2nd time quitting a few years later. It's completely unrealistic to drag someone back into drug use, quitting which nearly kills him the first time, and doing the same trick again two years later. If this option was presented, there should have been serious consequences for it. For example, Cullen wouldn't dump your Inq in the main game, but he should die in the Trespasser as he tries to quit again but it's too much of a stress for his system. That would have been a lot more realistic. It would have been less disgraceful than the worst option if you get him to use lyrium permanently, but there should have been serious punishment for forcing lyrium onto someone who doesn't want it.
