Best looking armor?

You can change the colour to your liking. I ended up painting it red/black.

I use Hyperguardian, stacking health and shields so I can be more reckless/tanky. All the high-end versions of most sets look about equally cool imo.

I liked the Remnant one, it reminds me the Ilum one in SWTOR.

Maybe, but Ryder has had his/her dad die because of such a helmet so having a nervous breakdown (or avoiding ever wearing such a helmet again) is kind of normal when such an obvious design-flaw nearly killed you as well (and would have the second time if daddy hadn't sacrificed himself!)

There's also the fact that such a large glass surface is an ideal target for attacks (either close quarter attacks or sniper-shots, not to mention lucky hits by other weapons!)...hell, if falling down cracks it, then a shot will surely puncture it!

I think the N7-Helmet is much more realistic

ps: I want more variety, too (especially since I only like very few of the armors we have...those I've mentioned and the Hyperguardian, the others? UGLY! Especially that KETT-ARMOR and that REMNANT-ARMOR...damned, that could have locked slick with green-lights etc. but it fucking looks like a kid's idea of a cool armor...) - then again I also want additional skills, like say an omni-shield (yes we have BACKLASH, but that's a no-go with a tech-profile IMHO!) and I'd love to have WARP, REAVE (much better for use against shielded guys than a stationary singularity that doesn't lift them and doesn't seem to SLOW them either!), FLARE, DARK-CHANNEL etc. back (and I'd love to have - at least - an additional slot per profile with an eventual DLC, SP after all doesn't have to mimick MP

I like Heleus Defender the most, but on lower tiers - tier V and higher, with this dumb neck part, which is a bit similar to Archon's basketball basket thingy, doesn't look good. Pathfinder set is pleasant to look at, but I never use it.

If we are to exclude pre-order and deluxe edition options I would say my favorite thus far has been Maverick with the Initiative Spearpoint helmet. Dyed with base black, some forest green and earthen brown to add a 'tactical' look to it. Very fitting for an Infiltrator profile.

I did not vote, because this here, about sleeker and asari armor, so much. None of the given options were really to my liking, and I ended up not upgrading armor to keep it from bulking up even more.

Ever since ME2 I disliked how they forced one bulky size fits all model on us. Needless to say, I've been modding asari commando on my adepts and infiltrators in both ME2 and ME3 (I was actually fairly happy with light in ME1).

If we couldn't have had that, I would have been happy with a black/camo version of Cora's armor, and maybe at some point modding tools will let us do that, but I will not be playing Andromeda by then.

Now, I do not begrudge people their pathfinder, or scavenger set ups, they cool if that's the concept you going for. But how hard was it to give us ONE option that didn't evolve to mech levels of heavy?

I hope for some additional armors in DLC maybe. All armors are so heavy. I liked starting armor but I think there is no ugrade for it.

Unearned and from a player perspective it would feel like I am trying to turn my Ryder into Shepard 2.0. I want my Ryder to have their own identity.

Oh haha, I always did the same! Shepard really rocked that Commando Outfit 



Man, I really miss the light armor options from ME1, they were my favourite in the series.
Heleus Defender is the only one that comes a little bit close in ME:A, I think.
But it's still too bulky for my taste.
