CSI: BSN (May contain researched or accidental spoilers)

bohemiadrinker Could you show us exactly where you believe the sword is? (draw a small circle or something on the image) because I'm really not seeing it. Maybe you're confusing it with the rain on the map?

I'm 99% sure that's just the rain.

Now, about the one on the far left: legs look like Quarian, Geth or Khett. Headgear looks Quarian if you try to see it, doen't if you don't. We've seen almost nothing of the Khett and don't know anything about the other new races, so it might be one of those. If that guy is from a milky way species, though, it's either a Gewth or a Quarian. I doubt the Geth are coming along, so I'd say Quarian. But that's more of an informed assumption than anything.

The picture that says "kett, geth, quarian" could also be this alien...

So, what are the CSI:BSN takeaways?

Just because we only got those weapons in ME3 doesn't mean that they didn't exist before ME3. Think of the Mattock from ME2. Supposedly, that gun had been around for over 20 years before ME1, but we never saw it in ME1 due to reasons. Shepard never had access to every gun ever created.

So I don't think any explanations are really required for the weapons they brought to Andromeda, unless there are specific weapons that were discovered/created after the arks left. For example, there is no way we'd see a Prothean Particle Rifle in MEA, due to lore and story issues.

Icons during combat suggest: pull, throw, shockwave, incinerate, overload, flamer turret, biotic charge (confirmed), concussive shot, cloak (confirmed), flamer, some grenade like power, some proxy mine like power, some cold dealing power return.

New powers: biotic shield (captain America style round), tech barrier (cover provider).

Disruptor and incendiary ammo no longer seem to be powers.

Guns that seem to be included: Piranha, Reegar, Widow or Black widow, Revenant, Carnifex (confirmed in Ai recruitment video), Avenger-ish AR (confirmed), a couple of new organic or crystalline looking guns (maybe collector/prothean or from the native aliens?).

Nomad looks to have speed boost and maybe jet boosters. It accelerates to 130kph and seems to have mineral scanning capabilities.

Then that new alien would be a squadmate (at least temporarily)? Nice!

"Shortage of resources" does that to people, apparently. I'm still for teamwork!
