I'll be honest with you. I was incredibly disappointed by Ryder's lack of dancing finesse in Andromeda. I'm just going to call it the Ryder Rustle, as it seems to be following in the footsteps of the Shepard Shuffle:
This could have been an opportunity for BioWare to truly take the dance skills of the Pathfinders to new heights never seen before. BioWare only had to look towards post-ME3's Shepard for inspiration:
Are you upset by this glaring oversight in Ryder's character and would you like to see a massive improvement in the Pathfinder's "pathfinding" going forward?

My point was with all the time and effort, they could have done more than a lazy copy/paste, even if it was meant for "nostalgia." Give Ryder his own moves. BioWare didn't even try. I am happy with it. It is now a BioWare tradition which I am fine with. Is it really a "tradition" though? I only ever really found it funny in the Citadel DLC. |

I always found it hilarious. Just because you know how to dance on the battlefield doesn't mean you know how to dance on the dance floor. It always made him more human in my eyes. |

I agree that it was lame and BioWare clearly put in no effort. I'm not even really sure why they even bothered if that was all they planned to do. |

No - I was fine with it as a nod to Shepard.
But then I always liked that Shepard was a terrible dancer. I liked that for all their prowess on the battlefield, they were awful at some everyday things. It helps round out ridiculously competent characters like that.
Even if I wasn't fine with it, dancing is pretty low priority on things I'd like to see changed.

I was disappointed. Had hoped Ryder would be a better dancer. It was amusing to see people make fun of Shepard for lack of dance skills but to continue with a new character in a new galaxy? Nah, not necessary. Maybe the twins will get some lessons between MEA1 and MEA2 from their LI.
